Beds were not the most comfortable, master bed was so noisy. Couch was also not very comfortable due to overused cushions.. but ok otherwise. met our needs other than good sleep.

This is a great cottage for a family of 4-6. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, kitchen, plus TWO porches--one screened in, the other, with windows and air conditioning. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. My daughters and I rented bikes for the week and biked to the beach on Assateague Island. This was the second year we stayed at this house, and we will happily rent it again.

A great little cottage on Chincoteague. The space was more than enough room and everything was easy. We had a nice view of the water from the sun porch and really enjoyed watching the storms roll in. Would stay again.

Terrific stay In Chincoteague

This house was perfect for our family of four. Easy access to all the Chincoteague/Assateague locations but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main strip for peace and quiet.

Great place, close to the everything, and quiet.

This place is exactly as described. It has all the kitchen things you could need, excellent communication with the owners, and is super quiet at night. We will be back for a longer stay next time!

Clean, comfortable house

We had a very nice stay at this house. It’s clean and well-appointed, and in a great location. The management company did a good job keeping in touch. I recommend this house, and would stay here again

Beach Weekend

The house was a great space for my wife, in-laws, and toddler. The space is open and great for hanging out. Everything was clean and functional. Would stay here again.

Great place, great location

We’ve got two kids, 3 and 5. They loved roasting marshmallows and running in the yard. Kitchen was great and bedrooms were comfortable.

Quiet get-away

This location is very quiet, off the main roads, but close enough that you can get anywhere quickly. We were only there for a few nights but the house was inviting and relaxing. Great space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The check-in process was seamless. We will definitely be keeping this spot on our list for future visits.

Comfortable Home

My family of 6 enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable small house. Loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch. We thought the house could use a few small upgrades and some games would be nice. Overall a pleasant stay in a lovely town.

The house was very comfortable. I had chosen it especially because of the porches (front and back) and we used them a lot. They gave room for everyone to spread out. Air conditioning was comfortable. A good value. I recommend it!

Great place to stay

House was well maintained and well outfitted. It's away from the main island traffic, so it's reasonably quiet. At night, there is sound from the refrigerated trucks at the seafood company, which might be an issue if you had the windows open, but we couldn't hear them with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.

Fun beach weekend

Home as described. Spacious and comfortable for 6. Loved the screened deck for eating. Had to call maintenance number for minor shower issues and they arrived within 10 minutes… on a Sunday no less. We had a fun time and would stay again!
