Perfect space for some contractors that came from out of state to work on our remodel. It was close to Breckenridge and comfortable for them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented a 3bd 2bath stay and it was very charming. Had a nice cabin feel with a fireplace. Nice kitchen with all the necessities and a washer/dryer. Very quite and peaceful and the views were amazing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was farther from Breckenridge than I expected, the condo is weird with the main entrance opening up into a bedroom and the super tall bed in the other room, but the biggest issue was cleanliness. The bedding had not been washed and there were mouse droppings throughout all the cabinets. And it was priced as luxury, but everything about it felt cheap. The coffee maker didn't work, two of the stove burners didn't work, the toaster doesn't fit toast, the knives leave black marks on your hand and on and on.

However, there were mouse droppings when we first arrived and then multiple mice appeared throughout our stay. Also, there was no mention of only one car being able to park at the rental in the add. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time.

This was a pleasant stay for a small group of adult friends for two nights. Clean with good parking and easy check-in, but some little things (e.g., adequate coffee stocks, room in the bedrooms) were missing for longer stays.

Internet Connection

The internet connection went off on day 2. Rocky Mountain rental was notified. Said they would pass info on to HMO. No results. Called the next day. Was told the same. No results again. That was the only issue we had. We both had to work online a bit. But wasn't able to.
