The Morgan is a fully furnished home. Bedroom one is furnished with a cozy queen size bed, tall nightstands, modern lamps, ceiling fan, large closet, and a half bath. Bedroom two is furnished with a cozy queen size bed, a nightstand, modern lamp, ceiling fan, large closet, chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 is adorned with 2 matching twin beds, a night stand, modern lamp, ceiling fan, and large closet. This bedroom also features close access to main bathroom. Our large kitchen features new appliances such as a glass top stove/oven and a refrigerator that provides filtered water and ice. We also provide a microwave and keurig (with coffee!) The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need to cook for yourself or a large group. We provide: pots/pans, serving/mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, wine glasses, small crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, cutting board with knifes, fire extinguisher, dish towels, and more. The Morgan’s dining area features a stylish glass top table with 4 chairs and a buffet for extra countertop space. The living area is furnished with a large modern sofa, two comfortable chairs and a foot stool. We provide WiFi and a large ROKU flatscreen TV in the living area. Small tables, lamps, and a ceiling fan is also featured in the living area. The spacious main bathroom contains a shower equipped with a new multi setting shower head, large countertop space, a blow dryer, fresh towels/wash cloths/hand towels. This space also features a washer and dryer free for guest use. Guest will also be provided with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, resolve, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, doggy bags, coffee, salt/pepper.

•Fishermen can park in the driveway (best fits 1 truck/boat combo) or there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house in front of a street light on a quiet street.
•IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING YOUR PET, MESSAGE PRIOR TO BOOKING with how many pets and what type for approval. There is a minimum pet fee due to extra cleaning charges. Pet fee varies on type of pet and how many.
•PLEASE put the correct amount of people on your booking. We use this to know how much linens and other things to provide. There will be a fee for unregistered overnight guest.
•Sorry NO CATS due to allergies. No exceptions.
•Due to working out of town most of the time, I have installed outdoor cameras to help me keep an eye on the house because it is not always fully booked. None are facing any windows and there are absolutely no cameras inside the house. Feel free to message with any questions
