Absolutely loved our stay at Boaza Place. Anita and Ianis are the most amazing hosts. Nothing was a problem! We loved the house, beds were comfy and the pool was a bonus! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Rarotonga

Lovely home, exactly as advertised. The hosts were very welcoming and generous with checking in/out times. The house was full of flowers and an enormous bowl of fresh fruit on arrival. The house was immaculately clean, everything in working order and the pool was pure bliss with lovely outlook. Iannis and Anita were lovely to deal with before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

This accomodation was outstanding, everything was perfect. Anita was a wonderful host, so very helpful and always smiling.We could walk to the beach, but a car was handy for shopping & other trips.Highly recommended.

Lovely house with everything you need for an home from home holiday. Good location, if you have a car getting around it is much easier. Host (Anita) was very welcoming. Just all round fabulous and highly recommended.

This is a beautiful house tucked away on a secluded street but close to all of the amenities of "downtown" Avarua. The property was immaculate and very well appointed. Anita was communicative from the start and when my colleague arrived first nearly at midnight, she came to the airport so he wouldn't have to find the place in the dark. That is five star service.

Absolutely gorgeous!

We spent 8 days at this beautiful property. It is just as pictured! Gorgeous views of the mountains, very close to the main town with shops and restaurants. The host Anita is so helpful! She answered all of our questions before we arrived (and while we were there). She checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to do. She was so gracious and helpful with the special requests we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying at this lovely property!

Truly A Wonderful Home

We were spoiled like royalty at this beautiful, stylish home nestled into the foothills. Everything is first cabin, from the the gorgeous granite kitchen to the sparkling pool and spacious deck. Our amazing hosts, Anita and Ianis, were incredibly warm and generous. They made us feel so welcome and cared for! The Cook Islands are renowned for their hospitality, and you will simply find no better example of it than at Boaza Place. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

Situated inland opposite the airport, Boaza Place has good mountain views along with an 8m x 4m saltwater pool. Our home is a 5min drive from the beach, golf club, town, hospital and some restaurants. The villa has all the essential amenities you need on a vacation including a fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort the bedrooms are air conditioned. We also have UV filtered drinking water, ice-making fridge/freezer, Weber BBQ, and a laundry.

What makes this property unique

Our home has 2 bedrooms with the lounge/dining separating the rooms - one room has a super-king bed, the other a queen bed (neither bed can be split). It's sleeps up to 4 guests. Each room has its own ensuite. There is a cocovered parking bay, the driveway is shared. There are 2 outside showers. Coffee, tea milk and sugar are provided.
