Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Girls trip

This place was very accomodating to our needs and was very comfortable to stay at. It was so family friendly, we enjoyed our time in the pool and cooking together in kitchen which was very spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay at

Kirra retreat close to the beach

Beautiful home very well maintained. It does lack privacy between upstairs bedrooms and is located on a very noisy street with cars going past all night at times. Nice place overall close to the beach and restaurants.

Cirrus at Kirra House

The size is pretty good for the family of nine. Well equipped with the things we needed during the stay. The kitchen and the living room are well-accommodating. The air conditioner is only fitted in the master ensuite, and the ceiling fan is not good enough to cool down the other rooms and open areas. There is a lot of noise coming from the game field and road traffic. Over all our stay is well and good.

House at Kirra

We loved our stay here. It’s very close to shops,beach,Coolangatta. All within walking distance. The only negative thing is it’s on a very busy road which can be very noisy. It also gets very hot in the house after lunch and at night. It is very well equipped with everything you would need. Overall would recommend it highly to anyone.

Perfect Location for Coolys Rocks

This experience was ideal for our visit to Coolys as we had a car to "show" as well so the garage served as being secure and large. Suited our family 9.9 out of 10. The location was great and everyone enjoyed the house. It never missed a beat with what was available in the house from kids toys, to kid stair barricades all supplied. The weather was not ideal to experience the pool but over all the house was perfect. Highly recommended x

Great to extended family Christmas

We had a brilliant time together 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is hot when arrived with no aircon (was worried with reading reviews) but it’s designed as a smart home and once you open the windows and doors up the breeze automatically flows through and it drops to a great temp. It was 32C and we were fine! It’s designed to be open and doesn’t get sun inside. Really big, and spacious living areas. Kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms have a great space around for luggage and storing things. Handy outside shower for when you arrive back from the beach. Pool is lovely and warm and the outdoor eating area is the best spot to sit and play games or eat. We used the downstairs lounge as a spare room to split kids up and having the trundle as a 4th bed made this easy. We had a brilliant family holiday!!

Great location and well appointed house

This was a great stay for a large family. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Disappointed that no linen was provided given the price and that check out was an early 9.30am.

Large property with great pool and location.

Walk to everything. Great for two families sharing. Pool a nice break from the beach. Disappointing no linen provided albeit paying top dollar. Bemused by this ommission. Only one air con system in entire house which was in the master bedroom. House nice and breezy which was a reprieve for those without air con. That said, really enjoyed our stay at the property and first timers to Kirra/Coolangatta and love the area and all it has to offer. Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! It would of been nice if we could of open more windows to allow the house to cool down because it was very hot and stuffy maybe more then one air conditioner would be the go. Besides from that we loved our stay and couldn’t be happier with how it all went

Great location

The house is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and only a 15 min walk to restaurants. Everybody had a great time, beach, surf lessons, and climbing My Warning. Kirra is beautiful and was not too busy as we were not here during school holidays.

Everything was perfect

This place ticked all the boxes. We had 2 families stay. Was plenty of space to be together but also room to move apart. The house was in a great location with an easy walk to beach, shops and cafes. The pool was beautiful and long enough for laps. The house was very clean, in great condition and well stocked. We have found our annual spot.

Love the open plan space!

Our family enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave the House in a great location, Love the open plan space upstairs and the light through out all the rooms. Next time we are up that way we would love to stay there again

Large house plenty of room for everyone!

This place was magnificent for our family of 8. It had something for everyone and it is so close to everything - you are never lost for choice for something to do. I recommend this place for large crowds and large families. We didn't want to leave.

What an Amazing Stay for Xmas

Had an amazing Xmas in this beautiful home. Such a family friendly home with an out standing well stocked kitchen, board games, tv and videos up stairs and downstairs, pool toys and even a decorated Xmas tree on arrival.
