Open plan living with huge amount of space for the family to relax both indoors and outdoors, and ceiling fans throughout with a fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy your home cooked meals. Relax in the garden settings and enjoy the outdoor, and undercover dining . Washing machine and dryer in separate laundry, and a fenced yard for the children to play securely. This property is a family favourite, you will be coming back every year to Rose Cottage!

Inside step VERY dangerous, my friend tripped and luckiy only broke a plate not a leg, TV remote very old needs updating. Whole cottage very dated and queen bed is .like sleeping on the side of a mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place to stay.Very old but acceptable.Two bathrooms a plus.It would improve with fans in the back room as this area is very hot.Also a smart TV would be a great addition.

Short walk to Sawtell

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location, only 200m to Sawtell. Very clean and very tidy. Maintenance is top notch. Things to be aware of: One bedroom definitely a kids room as it is walk through enclosed balcony with glass doors. Only 1 shower, only a bath in the other bathroom. Otherwise perfectly fine.
