Peregrine Premium 2 bed 2 bath steps from Super B Lift with incredible views!
Come and enjoy the views, large south facing deck, and fully upgraded large 1100 sq/ft two bedroom home just steps from the Super B high speed six person lift and the copper mountain tubing hill! The views, easy access, and top end finishes make a fantastic base camp! Hickory doors and trim throughout, with granite counters, a stacked stone fireplace, granite breakfast bar, river stone shower floor, and fine finishes. After a day of golf or skiing, enjoy a glass of wine and relax on the patio to watch the aplenglow on the Sky Chutes.
Leather sofa, two leather chairs, quality beds, and other quality appointments are found throughout. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of storage. Stacked stone gas fireplace and a large patio to enjoy the views.
You will have ample storage space for your gear in the unit and the ski/golf closet just outside your door. Easy parking for two vehicles. Elevator the laundry room are around the corner on your floor. Common outdoor hot tub is located on the golf course side of the building with views of Vail Pass.
Centrally located in the East Village, you are close to fine dining, entertainment and numerous shops. Do not miss après ski entertainment right next door in JJ’s Restaurant.
The free Summit Stage and Copper Shuttle are just steps outside the front door to connect you with all the fun that Copper Mountain and Summit County have to offer.
If you prefer the summer months, the golf course is just steps from the unit. You are also close to hiking, biking, fishing and many other fun activities. If you have not been to Summit County in the summer, you really should try it!

Bedroom two has a Queen bed with an twin trundle underneath, full size dresser, night stand, and closet, with a fully upgraded bathroom that includes a tub and shower.
The over sized living area also has a pull out queen sofa bed.
The large foyer has a long bench to sit and take off your gear. There are also multiple hooks to hang coats, gloves, helmets, etc.
