We welcome you to our exquisite, oceanfront boutique cottages in the most stunning location in the heart of Gros Morne National Park. We are located near all local restaurants, shops and entertainment venues for your convenience. You can enjoy spectacular ocean views of Bonne Bay, and Lobster Head Lighthouse, straight from your window. Our cottages have a wonderful view of Gros Morne Mountain and direct access to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and be engulfed an the spectacular sunsets.
The space
Five beautifully furnished cottages set on the edge of the ocean. Just minutes from downtown, this secluded property is a retreat like no other. The cottages provide an intimate, simple and restful retreat for 2 people, with an option for 1 additional guest upon request.
The cottages are designed to be cozy and peaceful. We wanted to create an atmosphere that will allow you to rest and relax on your stay in Gros Morne. The Fish Sheds are single room cottages but there is ample room and storage provided. The living room was designed to let you take in the beautiful vista while you read a book or listen to some music. Our kitchens have plenty of prep room and will satisfy most travellers cooking needs. The bathrooms are spacious and have a standing shower.
Each cottage has a private deck for you to enjoy and there are BBQ's on site for you to use if you want throw on a steak to go with that second glass of vino.
One traveller described our location as "the edge of the world". We like that description a lot. Our location is up and away from the community but within minutes walk from the largest convenience store in town, one of the most complimented restaurants and the local fish market. We are less than a five minute drive to the center of Rocky Harbour or a goregeous 15 minute stroll. Directly behind us is perhaps one our favourite little known trails in the park, The Salmon Point lookout. All major trails including Gros Morne Mountain are mere minutes away. If you don't believe us, take a look from your deck, it is right there! ha We love our neighbourhood and hope you will too.

Unbelievable. Unforgettable place. Chris the host was spot on. At arrival met us. Explained everything and spent time giving suggestions of things to do. Which we did all. The location is spot on to do things in area. The town so quaint. The total accommodations. Well is 5 . Everything you need is the cabin. But most the view. Morning to night is beyond words. Travel a lot. This is on my top list. Thanks Chris.

Simple accommodations with beautiful view
The clean, simple design and decoration made for a wonderful five-night stay for us. The view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence from our front porch was wonderful each day. The use of the term Fish Shed relates to the size and shape of the cabin. The construction is new and not formally a place for the storage of fish.!!
