Great location - very close to both Lemon Bay and Dearborn Street. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked and is well suited to a multi-week stay. There are very good sunset views from the front patio and wonderful sunset views from the nearby pier. The pier is easily accessed by walking through a public park. Highly recommended.

Quaint little place close to the Bay and a Main Street with coffee and other eclectic type shop along with some locally owned restaurants. Englewood Beach is only a short 10 min drive away. Property owner was quick to communicate and make sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet area too.

Was in a great location to little shops and such. Anything you would need is mostly 10-15 mins yet nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts very Nice and responsive. Would very much stay again.

Pleasant stay

Very nice, cute little place. Perfect for the two of us. Englewood was still in hurricane recovery mode during our stay, but this property was in fine shape. Very convenient to all of Englewood’s attractions. The manager was top notch and available.

My husband and I added on a few days to a trip to the beach and this was an affordable option that was just what we were looking for. We loved walking in the neighborhood with our dog and checking out the local shops and restaurants. The host responded promptly to our requests and was helpful. This cottage looked outstanding on the website and it was just as delightful in person. The place was immaculate and well equipped. The location near Lemon Bay and the downtown was ideal. Dan checked in on us several times. Overall a great place to stay!
