We are centrally located on the Cape and near everything you would need and more to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
This warm and inviting unit offers 4 guests a comfortable living area along with a patio where you can sit and enjoy a
cup of coffee in the morning and maybe a cocktail in the evening. Out back there are a few picnic tables along with
Some charcoal grills. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook in or enjoy the many wonderful restaurants nearby.
You will find a 120 foot stretch of private beach across the street so pack your beach chairs and umbrella and enjoy your
day on the beach. To rinse that sand and salt off there is an outdoor shower for your convenience (out back).
There is plenty to do and see and we have provided some information at the condo to help to plan your Cape Cod
getaway. You may want to add a ferry trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard or maybe plan a Whale watching
Excursion. A trip to Monomoy Island to see the seals is one of our favorites. There is plenty to see and do or maybe
nothing at all!
There is one full bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
At the condo we have Magazines/Brochures with information on things to do and some suggestions on where to eat and what to see during your stay at the Cape!
It's a great little condo that we enjoy very much and we are happy to share it with you. Few important things, we do not provide sheets or towels, you will need to bring your own. No washer or dryer on the property. We do provide pillows and blankets.
There is a designated parking spot for one vehicle. No Trailers or RV's are allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned each time a renter leaves.
We pride ourselves with owning this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We just ask to be respectful of our condo, we worked hard for it.
Note: The state of Massachusetts has passed a Tax Bill that expands the current Hotel and Motel tax to include rental of homes and condos (Short Term Rentals). This tax would apply to any rental of 31 days or less. The tax became effective January 1, 2019 and would apply to any lease signed on or after this date for a rental beginning July 1, 2019. The tax in the town of Dennis is 12.45%. Of course, as owners and renters ourselves we are disappointed with this new law, however with any law we are obligated to impose.
