Endless Summer Beach Retreat is a perfect place to spend time on the beautiful 7-mile island of Anna Maria! No matter where you call home, it is always summer here! We invite you to book your stay at Endless Summer Beach Retreat!

THE SPACE:
Endless Summer Beach Retreat is part of small, quiet six (6) - Unit condo complex.
Anything in the Unit is yours to use. We want you to make yourself "at home" once you arrive!

Endless Summer Beach Retreat is an end-unit townhouse has been totally renovated and upgraded -- new windows, porcelain tile flooring, new kitchen, custom wooden shutters and much more! It is tastefully furnished with high-def TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; an electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those cold "Florida" days.

The main living level has an open floor plan/great room with kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, screened balcony, washer and dryer, and a half-bath.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with bamboo wood flooring and ceiling fans, as well as a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small desk and a sitting chair. The guest room window looks out to the intracoastal for beautiful sunrises.

On the ground level is a storage-bonus room with tiki bar and small refrigerator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included for your beach enjoyment. Be sure to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day at the beach. In the cooler months of Florida, you are able to enjoy a relaxing swim in the 82 degree-heated pool if you prefer!

GUEST ACCESS:
Prior to arrival, we will email you the front door key lockbox code to retrieve the key. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of our small community. Endless Summer is NOT "baby/child-proofed", and is not ideal for families with very young children.

GETTING AROUND:
No car needed once you arrive, you are an easy walking distance to Historic Bridge Street for shopping, putt putt golf, and several restaurants and bars with live music! A FREE trolley runs the length of the island throughout the day and evening!

GREAT LOCATION!
*Experience the most beautiful Gulf of America sunsets or sunrises over the Intracoastal Waterway!
*Short 15 minute drive to IMG Academy!
*Longboat Key, St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) airport and downtown Sarasota are all within a 20-30 minute ride.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Time flies when at the beach! Checkout is by 10:00 am. Any questions or concerns, please send us a message. Thank you for spending your time away from home with us,we hope you enjoyed your stay!
Prior to departure, please place used/wet beach and/or bath towels in the washing machine, load/start the dishwasher and put trash in the dumpster.
Please remember to put key back in the door lock box and leave the other keys on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe quite hours 10PM - 6AM .
Owners assume no responsibility for accident or injury with regards to guest's use of the Sunset Villas common area pool, deck, stairs or balconies.
Park only in assigned spaces: The space marked #1 on the yellow bumper or directly in front of garage door marked #1. No boats or trailers permitted.

Beautiful condo steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The barbeque grill was lost in the hurricanes and I asked about one and Bill picked one up and delivered it the next morning. The place is so cute and comfortable.

Thank you again Cathy and Bill for a great stay. This is our fourth year and will continue to visit. Rental is great .... everything you need is provided to make you feel at home, comfy beds, unit is clean and nicely appointed, heated pool, beach towels and chairs, located in a quiet area. Location is great ... across from the beach and steps from the bay, trolley stop and walking trail close, a ten minute walk to Bridge Street for refreshments, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Florida Beach Getaway

This property was clean, quiet, comfortable and very well stocked. The owners are accommodating and generous and made us feel welcomed. The location was convenient being directly across from one of the prettiest beaches in Florida with a direct view to the perfect sunset every night. Several great restaurants and bars were a short stroll away. We highly recommend this place and would consider staying again.

Cathy and Bill were at the condo when we arrived. Showed us everything that we needed to know. Location was great. On day two we decided to rent the condo for next year. The tote to get to the beach was very handy. Cathy and Bill had beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use on the beach. Condo was well supplied with kitchen items and cooking supplies.

Great location and wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband, son, and mother-in-law during a February break. The hosts were very helpful and responsive during the entire stay! The condo is lovely and has everything you need without a bunch of stuff you don't. I initially planned on purchasing an air mattress since there are 2 beds, but was pleasantly surprised that there was a pull-out sofa bed which worked perfect for us. The neighbors were all quiet and friendly - we would definitely return!

Clean and cozy home with great views of the Gulf!

The hosts are wonderful. They are very responsive and take great care of their home. It is well stocked with everything you might think you need. I cooked several nights and kitchen had everything I needed. The living room area is nice and cozy with great views of the Gulf! Upstairs the primary bedroom has unobstructed views of the Gulf and the guest bedroom with views of the Bay. The pool is heated and kept clean. We used the trolly almost daily when we wanted to head up North to Holmes Beach or AMI. We already booked again for next year!

A Real Gem!

This condo was perfect! Right across the street from the beautiful Cortez beach with no structures in front of it. A nice pool. Within walking distance of the Bridge Street shops and restaurants as well as Coquina beach and the beach market. The condo is very well stocked. Truly, all you need is your toothbrush. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated.

Thank you Cathy and Bill for your hospitality! This was our second stay and everything was beautiful …. already booked for next year! Property is well maintained and everything is provided by hosts who were only a text away. Short walk to bars and restaurants, shuttle bus stop a few blocks away if you needed to go further north, bike and walking path directly across the street, beach was amazing, enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai and walking half block to the bay for sunrises. The area was quiet. Highly recommend!

Very well maintained, clean and cute beach decor! Great location, short walk to Bridge Street. The owners emailed us a couple times, just to see if we needed anything. Never understood why people had fireplaces in Florida until this visit, we used it several times and it made the first floor nice and cozy. Watch the sunrise in the guest bedroom and the sunset on the balcony, where else can you do that? Also saw several surfers. Would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

We are high school sweethearts who have grown up together along the Gulf Coast. We have always loved vacationing and spending time with our toes in the sand.

Why they chose this property

Cathy & Bill finally bought their dream vacation home after many years of looking and enjoy spending as much time as possible there. What sold them on this place was being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico while standing at the kitchen sink! The beautiful Australian pine trees also make this part of the beach unique.

What makes this property unique

Two screened porches overlooking Gulf of America - facing west.
Street is only one block long... so the Gulf on one end and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other end! The best of both worlds!
Dedicated pedestrian trail across the street
