The location was excellent for our stay. Close to the grocery store, shopping and coffee and beach. One little improvement would be that the property does need to get a bigger Water Heater. Most showers were luke warm at best.

The location, pool area, and communal facilities are excellent. However, the cushions on the cane chairs and daybed are very old, stained, and dirty. They would greatly benefit from a thorough clean, or even better, being reupholstered or replaced. Refreshing these would significantly enhance the overall appearance and guest experience.
