On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and has an estimated completion date of JULY/AUGUST 2026. ELEVATORS ARE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING AND ARE PROJECTED TO BE OPERATIONAL IN MARCH 2026. Exterior landscaping projects are on going. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.****Sand Pointe 112 requires a 7 night minimum stay but does not require a Saturday arrival or departure.***


Located on the desirable West Gulf Drive, Sand Pointe is a favorite among visitors. Beautiful landscaping and a romantic lagoon welcome you to this quiet, 45 unit complex on West Gulf Drive.

Unit #112 is all new and tastefully decorated in hues of nautical blues with luxury vinyl wood plank flooring throughout. This is a 1st living level unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Upon entering this unit you will be greeted with a large open white kitchen with gold touches and everything you'll need to prepare any meal. Relax at the breakfast bar or at the dining table for 6. A the end of a day of collecting shells and sun, enjoy the living room seating area that includes a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV and watch your favorite shows.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, smart TV, large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom provides 2 twin beds, smart TV and nearby bathroom. There is a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella and towels for your use. A storage locker is located on the ground level for the beach equipment.

Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views and the salt air from your large lanai and don't forget to watch the amazing sunset as there is plenty of seating for all to enjoy.

The whole family can relax by the heated pool (not yet operational) or walk along Sanibel’s world renowned shell strewn beaches. Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation. Elevators (currently not available) and covered parking available for guest use.

Perfect Getaway

Check-in was quick and hostess was very friendly and informative. Park your car and rent bikes for your stay. Everything is easily accessible thanks to bike paths across the island. Best restaurant on the island is Sand Bar but you won’t find it unless you look for it. Can’t wait to return.

We knew about this before hand but when we arrived the carpets were still wet from being cleaned as for the couches which took at least two days to completely dry so we were not able to sit on them unfortunately without getting wet. It was nice to have clean carpet and clean furniture but unfortunately two of our seven days we couldn’t enjoy the couches. The only thing I would add to the unit is some more comfy pillows in the couch area for lounging. We had a wonderful week!

Nice Condo But..........

It's a nice condo, great views , good location. Has very nice clean heated pool and 2 minute walk to the beach. Know for the not so good. The condo is very out dated and not very clean. There is carpet thru out the entire condo and needs replaced, black dirty stains & worn out. Counter tops need updated . Appliances for clean and work well. Both Bathroom vanity sinks were blocked up, we called for maintenance to please fix but they never showed up. I decided to fix myself and pull both drain traps apart and cleaned them out.Now for the rally bad.. the condo is infeasted with no see ums, We flew in late so we never left the condo the 1st night, come morning my wife & I had over 50 plus bites thru out us both. I believe this is do to the carpet should have tile .

When we contact Holiday Vacations about the leaky kitchen faucet and burned out bulb in the bathroom the needed repair men were there in a very fast fashion. They were very friendly and professional. Holiday Vacations staff are also very friendly and professional. I will be back and recommend them to my family and friends. The only think I can add is, it would be nice if the beach items available would be listed along with the condo accommodations, such as beach chairs, umbrella, Etc.

QUIET LOVELY LOCATION

We were coming from a Marriott vacation club so it was easy to be critical. I noticed, aside from wall to wall carpeting the throw rugs in the bathrooms were soiled as were the kitchen rugs. Rubber Matt in bathroom was slimy and old. Guest services provided extra towel mats for bathroom n replaced tub rubber matt. It was obvious cleaners have not done in-depth cleaning. Dust on doors, tops and back of furniture haven’t been cleaned in some time. A bulb out on bathroom fixture. I used a sheet and blanket from twin bed to sit on chair and couch, my preference. Sheets on twin bed were very used and need replacing. The master bed was extremely comfortable, we slept very well. Pillows were past their prime, need to be replaced. All of these things could be easily resolved if management company used critical eye on property. Beach chairs n umbrella needed replacing n despite a call new items never arrived. Definitely need to rent wagon to take beach stuff to beach, we didn’t know! Kitchen was well supplied and sufficient. Getting in and out of shower could be difficult for some as the tub is very high. Despite concerns we would book again, a July 2023 wedding prevented us from rebooking at this time. The pool was beautiful and immaculate, all adults that were friendly.

Conveniently located on the island we enjoyed easy access to stores, restaurants and other beaches but also enjoyed the privacy we had when we returned home. The pool was a daily treat for us. Enjoyed the view of the beach, lagoon and pool and all the birds and wildlife each morning on the lanai and the sunset in the evening. Easy access to the beach. The other conveniences of home like a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite was a bonus. Would recommend!
