This 1 bedroom Luau condo located in the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has amazing views of the ocean from every room. The 10th floor unit was recently remodeled and updated with a coastal contemporary interior design.
The unit features a private bedroom with a King Size bed, a Queen size sofa bed, comfortable roll-away cot, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. We provide fast and secure WIFI, cable, beach chairs, and smart TVs to connect your own Netflix/Amazon.

The Luau Towers are just a 4 minute walk to the beach (375-400 steps) and feature a saltwater pool with a waterfall, hot tub, kid pool, and tiki/snack bar tucked between a tropical setting of palm trees. Luau is the newest building at the beachside of the Sandestin Resort. The fitness center features cardio and weight machines and there are plenty of jogging and biking trails for outdoor exercise within the resort. The sunset observation deck on the rooftop provides some of the best views in the area for sunrise or sunset.

This luxurious Luau condo is located on the 10th floor and provides a wonderful place to relax and enjoy views of the beach even when you ve come in from a beautiful day with your toes in the sand. Privately owned, our family enjoys this condo every time we head for a beach vacation. We manage the condo ourselves and have the best maintenance and cleaning service you will find.
The unit features a large covered balcony to enjoy the views. With windows on every exterior wall, you can enjoy the views from anywhere in the condo. The unit features brand new appliances and all new furniture with a coastal modern/contemporary feel that you are sure to love. We offer fast, reliable, and private internet. We have smart TVs for you to connect your own Amazon, Netflix, etc. accounts to during your stay and also provide cable and dvd players. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances as well as a Keurig Machine for coffee. We equip the condo with keyless deadbolt locks to make checking in a breeze.
We also provide access to our own personal storage locker for you to use our beach chairs, floats, etc.
There is no daily cleaning service. Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay right after you check-out.
