Bate and switch residence

They switched our apartment the day arrived saying they “upgraded” us. The apartment was not as pictured and definitely not as nice. Balcony doors were broken, floors dirty, and finish work was missing (trim, etc). The last day of our trip we had zero running water for 16 hours and it made the last day in a beautiful city, terrible. The halls smelled and it wasn’t as expected. On the bright side, the maintenance workers who were able to get the water fixed after a day were lovely. Location is grade A but I would find a better company to host.
