On Mountain Time
Built in October 2018, this open-concept home has everything guests need and want: natural pine cathedral ceilings, bright and airy spaces, and room for everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected. Whether you're a single or multi-generational family needing space to breathe, this home has you covered. After hosting for ten years, I can honestly say this home is a place where families come back to year after year.
The Space
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, so there's plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The primary suite has a king bed and private bath on the second floor. On the main floor, you'll find a bedroom with a full bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. And the lower level has another bedroom with a queen bed and another full bathroom—perfect if grandparents or another couple want their own space.
The finished daylight basement is honestly one of my favorite places. It's a second living area that keeps the kids happy on rainy afternoons with a 70" TV, air hockey table, granite kitchenette with built in fridge for snacks and drinks. An indoor gas fireplace keeps the whole place cozy through winter.
Outdoor Living
The 36' deck is your spring, summer, and fall sanctuary—partially covered for those days when you want shade but still want the fresh air. It's furnished with a Polywood dining set and Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There's also a fire pit for gathering.
Below, tucked away on the lower level, is a private Nordic hot tub—completely secluded for those peaceful soak-under-the-stars moments. There's also a large yard where the kids and pets can run around safely.
Location & Access
On Mountain Time offers a peaceful, private setting while remaining minutes from everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. You'll have easy access to:

Practical Details
Parking is ample and paved, so you won't have to worry about the weather. Everything here is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Your Safety & My Philosophy
I've installed a Ring doorbell that monitors the driveway and entryway for everyone's peace of mind. That's it—no cameras inside or anywhere else on the property. Your privacy matters to me as much as it matters to you.
After hosting for a decade, I've learned that the best stays happen when guests feel genuinely welcome and respected. This is a family home, and I'd love to keep it that way—no events or parties, just good people enjoying time together.
