The front and rear security screened sliding doors capture the calming ocean breezes via cross-ventilation and the fully equipped combined laundry/bathroom has a shower and dryer. This property sleeps four with one king and two singles with an option to use the daybed which is suitable for a child in the dining/lounge area.

The front and rear timber decks are both covered for all weather use with the front deck featuring ocean glimpses making it a fantastic entertaining area for all the family. A cute gazebo in the backyard with gas BBQ is ideal for those long summer outdoor gatherings.
