We enjoyed our stay in April. It is spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We all had our own place to hang out. The neighbors on both sides are lovely. There are orchards outside which are beautiful! The location is safe and well manicured. Everything you need for the beach can be found in their garage. Pack your walking shoes as it is a good walk to the beach and lots of places to see

Family escape from the Cold

Such a clean and spacious home that had everything for a day at the beach or just hanging around the house and neighborhood. Home provided everything and we all enjoyed each and every day. Thank You!

Spring Break

Overall the property was good, location was excellent, and kitchen was nice. Garage was a bit musty, garbage had not been taken out (assuming it was leftover by previous renter), and very low on paper goods (tissues, TP, etc.). Beds were very comfortable, and house was clean. Location was fantastic, only 15 minutes from the beach.

Spacious & comfortable house

Great location within walking distance of Vanderbilt Beach. The house is quite spacious and comfortable. Decor and furniture is dated but in good condition. Some sort of outdoor living space would have been nice, but we spent most of our time at the beach. Neighborhood was a bit noisy - next door neighbors seemed to party every night until 2am, but it didn't bother us too much. Property manager/owner was very responsive (coffee pot was broken when we arrived and they had a replacement to us the next morning). Overall a great value for our stay. Very few properties available on a weekly basis this close to the beach.

Many extras in the kitchen well equipped but would be better if cleaned better.No bikes as stated.Responded to request for new coffee pot. Dishes coated with film/dirt. 2nd refrigerator would had been a plus if it was working. Smell is coming from garage refrigerator which was unpleasant.

Great location! Comfortable home!

Such a comfortable and well stocked home! Lots of beach supplies…beach towels, bags, chairs, mats, wagon, cooler, etc. Washer and dryer in the garage made for ease of packing because we could launder every evening if need be. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, and pans. There is a grill and even an air fryer. We made most of our meals at home and appreciated the variety of cooking utensils there.The home itself has lots of couches and lounging areas, and comfortable beds. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is about half a mile away. We walked it a few times. There is a large parking garage within about a block of the beach with daily parking for 10. It fills in quick, so we were there each day before 8:00 am to get our spot in the parking garage and on the beach. Bathroom facilities are close to the beach also. Beach lounger chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach too. Such a nice week at a really nice house. Highly recommend!

Poor cleanliness, and lack of fresh linen.

Location is good, 15 min walk to the beach. The house itself has some issues: dust on the dishes, we have to refresh it before use, linen on the bed had a strange sent, we used our own. The fridge was brocken, it stoped and restored couple times. The host doesn't allow us to stay extra night, saying that the house is already taken, but actually it wasn't. The late midnight she realized it's free but we already booked another place.

The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean and spacious. The garage was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and the rest of the house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this vrbo and would stay there again!

Great house and location

This was our first VRBO and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. EASY walk to the beach. The house has anything you might need. From the kitchen to beach amenities, it was great. We had 6 in our group but could easily have more. We would stay there again and I highly recommend this location.

Spring break getaway

My friend and I brought our teenagers down for spring break. So six of us total with plenty of space for everyone. Property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager Holly was very helpful answering questions about the property as well as info about the area. The beach items, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were a huge plus as we used them everyday. Having a grill was a nice as well. Liked the location, nice quiet neighborhood, ease of walking to beach and a few restaurants. Would stay here again, no complaints.

Winter break

What a wonderful way to spend a week away from the cold and snow. The house was exactly as described and more. There was so much space - 4 of us were able to work in separate spaces and take calls with no problems. Afternoons and sunsets were spent on the beach which was a nice short walk away. House was well stocked and there were beach chairs in the garage (but we brought ours).

Spacious and comfortable

Since we were pleased with the accommodations last year at this property, we decided to book some of our family members again this year. Although they reported comfort and plenty of room, there was lack of usual supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags. I did notice the welcome basket on the kitchen counter was missing also. I would recommend the owners pay more attention to detail on these areas for repeat business. A little effort goes a long way.

This was a nice home and worked well for our family of 5. We were thankful to be so close to the beach! I don't know how VRBO usually works, but we only had a roll of toilet paper at each commode,1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag when we got there. So we went and bought the first 2 items and then the hostess brought us the trash bags. What is expected from the owner?
