The lakefront home has been newly refurbished including new furniture, front door, carpets, two completely remodeled bathrooms, new countertop kitchen, new pool, newly painted, window shutters, and attractive decor throughout.
The home is located on a quiet (cul-de-sac) street in Briarwood. A gated and guarded community. Close to everything in Naples - the famous 5th avenue in Old Naples, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.
Overlooking a lake. Large pool deck has sun all day. Saltwater pool. Optional heating at extra cost.
Fully furnished. Fully equipped. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Can accommodate up to 8 people.

Two master bedrooms. One has a King, the other a Queen bed. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each which can be combined to make two additional queen beds.
Large flat screen tv, Xfinity cable, hi-speed internet, second TV in MBR.
Spacious (2,550 sq.Ft), one story.
Heated community pools, tennis courts, pickleball and play area.
Naples is the happiest town in the U.S. with the highest density of golf courses.
Beach chairs available at the property.
***$100 HOA application fee is NOT included in the rent and will need to be sent additionally upon booking. We will need your email to email you the HOA application to fill out. For bookings 7 days before the arriving HOA fee is $200. Same day fee - $300

Pool heating: additional USD 100 weekly charge.

Weekly cleaning can be organized, USD 200 per week. For stays longer than two weeks at least one clean during your stay is recommended.

Lovely stay

Updated kitchen, living room/dining area furniture and guest baths made this property feel welcoming. The Lanai, pool and pond view made for many relaxing days enjoying these outdoor amenities. Alex, the property owner was very responsive to any issues we had.

Family Xmas 2024

We have stayed in the Naples area over the Xmas period for the last few years as we love the area and this house is the best we have stayed in. It is very clean, really nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the layout was perfect for us with the 3 bathrooms being private. Pool and pool area has plenty of room and south facing which meant we had the sun pretty much all day. The owner, Alex, responded in a timely and courteous manner when we had questions. We would definitely return.

Family vacation

Having stayed in Briarwood on many occasions, this villa did not disappoint. We needed a four bedroom villa with a pool, the layout was perfect as the master was situated slightly distanced from the rest of the family - providing a bit of peace! The kitchen was well equipped and the refurbishments gave a more contemporary feel to the villa. Beachchairs, umbrella and cart were available to use. Lovely walks around the estate and down to the community play area and plenty of shopping at Coastland Mall, Coconut Point and Miromar Lakes. The host replied promptly when needed.

A great 2 months stay !!!

Excellent secure location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Owner is top notch and very responsive. Home was very clean and pool was awesome ! Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the accessories we needed. Front room tv furniture starting to loose their oomph.

COVID Christmas Vacation

My family of four and my cousin’s family of four stayed here for two weeks during our COVID Christmas vacation. It was perfect. Nice and relaxing with all our needs and wants met. The kids played in the pool for hours each day and so did us adults. The location was perfect and we felt safe. Highly recommend this house and location.

Great location.

The owner was excellent with communication. The villa had everything you could wish for beach, pool, cooking etc. Was clean and tidy, if a little tired in places but we had enjoyable stay. We were surprised there was only one tv for a four bedroom villa.

Awesome Naples Home

Just a fabulous florida home in a gated community. We had room to spread out and really enjoyed the saltwater pool overlooking a small lake. It's a great homebase with shopping and restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Naples and the beaches. Hermann was a great host and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place with a perfect location

Our family had an amazing stay at this house. We used the screened a bunch, and it's only a short drive to a really nice beach, with tons of really great restaurants nearby. The Zoo is a quick drive as well. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a nice quiet area to stay. The neighborhood is really great for walks, and there is also a big playground only a couple minutes away. The only thing that was a slight pain is sometimes there is a long line of cars waiting to get into the neighborhood at the front gate, but at least they are being very thorough about the people they are letting in. Hermann was also a great host. Much appreciated, Greg

Loved the salt water pool!

This home was very lovely, nice location in the Briarwood community. The owner was a pleasure to work with! He was very kind and accommodating. I appreciated the kitchen supplies, it was stocked with utensils and cookware which I found very useful for all my cooking needs. Our family probably enjoyed the pool area the most! The salt water pool was awesome, no clorine smell and lots of sunshine!

What a great home for a family. The location is ideal, just a quick car ride to everything. Beach, grocery stores, dining out, shopping, you name it. The house has plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is clean and secure. The kitchen has great appliances, and lots of dishes. The pool area is the best. Great outdoor dining, lots of sun time, lots of room, and a view of the lake. The owner is top notch. My family had a great time. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Good spacious house on a good location

The house is located in Briarwood, a gated and secure community, about 10 minutes drive from Downtown Naples. Briarwood is next to a motorway and in the vicinity of Naples airport so depending on wind and time of day there may be some traffic or aircraft noise. Briarwood is a park type layout with lush and well maintained greenery. Beaches and many Golf courses are located nearby. Within Briarwoord the Kopp sisters home is in a quiet Cul-de-Sac. At the rear, the large pool deck has a nice view across a little lake (with one or two Otters). We spend four weeks in the house; two of those weeks we were accompanied by our family of five (including 3 kids). They loved the pool, the Naples beaches, the Zoo, The Naples Pier with the Dolphins, the Waterpark with the slides and the mini golf. Strong points of the house are the space with 4 bedrooms with quality beds; a large pool deck with sufficient seating. The well equiped kitchen with more than enough cuttlery. Good quality flat screen televisions en a good and stable WiFi internet. The owner Hermann was so kind to arrange for a baby bed and a high chair for the baby boy. If we do come back to Naples, we will certainly contact Hermann again.

Beautiful, Immaculate Home.

My Husband and I were elated when we walked into this house on Tivoli Court. The house was very spacious , modern and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies but lacking a blender. So if your favorite drink needs a blender I am sure Mr. Kopp will supply it. The beds were fabulous, firm but very comfortable. We liked the fact that all 4 bedrooms had a huge closet and dressers for clothing. The pool area was the best feature. It was very spacious with a terrific water view. Most of our time was spent by the pool, reading, entertaining friends and of course having an occasional cocktail. A few restaurants with good food were DiJulios on Rattlesnake Road, Spankys and Swan River Restaurant on US41. Swan River was our favorite and one of the few restaurants in Naples who take reservations. Mr. Kopp was a joy to deal with. If any problem arose, he took care of it promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and may even return at a future date. Thank you, Hermann, for being such a cordial and concerned owner. Barb and Denny Grove City,PA

Beautiful, spacious home in charming, secure community conveniently located near Naples and beaches

This home is nicely laid out, tastefully furnished, all on one level, and ideal for families or larger groups. One master bedroom and a second bedroom having private sliding door access to the pool and deck area. Both master bedrooms are isolated from the main living area and the other two bedrooms, which was perfect for our guest set-up. My family and our in-laws enjoyed staying here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. The children in particular loved the pool (which we opted to have heated), and chasing the lizards that appear around the property. This home is conveniently located to Naples, yet has the charm and amenities of a gated community, it was perfect with young children. The house was clean and very well stocked by the owner, Hermann, including numerous beach and pool accessories. Hermann was incredibly responsive to emails and made sure we were fully prepared before we arrived and stayed in touch with us while we vacationed as well. We loved Barefoot Beach, the Naples Zoo, Zoomers amusement park in Fort Myers, and the nearby Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. This is a great "home base" to use for exploring Naples and my family looks forward to returning again on another vacation!

Why they chose this property

We owned another house in North Naples, but when a water pipe broke and the house had to be renovated, we rented a house in Briarwood. We were thrilled with the neighborhood and the house, and when a similar house came up for sale we purchased it in October 2015.
Spacious, lovely neighborhood, close to everything in Naples - beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shoppinjg. Fully furnished. Quiet, cul-de-sac street. Gated community.

During the past years, the house has been rented for extended periods during the high season. Guests have stayed for three, two and one month(s), and have been U.S. and Canadian "snowbirds". In the Summer and the Fall (from May through November), we have had mosdtyly European guests, and they have stayed from two to four weeks.

What makes this property unique

In July 2016, we installed a saltwater system for our pool. A great improvement!
The community pool is heated during the winter months, and we can also offer heating as an option for the private pool.
Briarwood’s two tennis courts and a basketball court have been resurfaced in 2016.
Naples and SW Florida is a golfer's eldorado, with numerous public and private golf courses near by.
Significant upgrades underway (interior!)
