The 60 inch LED LG TV has a universal remote and easy access to Netflix and free WiFi!
The main bedroom features a top of the range new Tempur queen mattress, roomy ensuite with large shower, wardrobe space and a quiet DC motor ceiling fan.
There is also a guest Powder room, Euro Laundry (located in the garage), with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a double garage with remote door and internal access to the house, plus extra off street parking. And that's just the top floor!
The lower level is virtually a self contained 3 bedroom apartment with it’s own lounge room, dining and wet bar. It includes 2 bedrooms, plus a library/games room with a very comfortable and sturdy fold out double bed. This room has 2 doors and is totally private, it also includes robe space.
Then there is a bedroom with a new Queen size bed, robe, quiet DC ceiling fan and view through the trees. Another bedroom has a bunk bed with double mattress below and single above, perfect for the kids or for parents with a young child.
The living area has another Smart TV and DVD player (we have over 100 DVD’s to choose from), leather lounge with plenty of seating, dining table with seating for 8, kitchenette/wetbar, with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, another coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus all the plates, cups, glasses and cutlery you need. No cooking facilities.
This level also had a split system for heating and cooling, a quaint covered outdoor area and a backyard full of Moonah trees and quiet seating areas for you to enjoy the cool breeze in summer.

Fantastic Property on the Mornington Peninsula. Perfect for 2 families.
Great modern property with all required conveniences. With an upstairs and downstairs “Zone” this house is perfect for 2 families. Also has garage parking for 2 vehicles which is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house is lovely and was good for our extended family stay. The beach is just at the end of the road, bit of a hilly walk but doable and only a quick drive. A few negatives for us were that it was really a 3 bedroom house than 4. The 4th bedroom is not really a bedroom and has to be walked through to get upstairs. The stairs are also very steep and doesn't have a kiddy gate and with a toddler it was a bit dangerous. Would have been good to be told about this since I advised we had a 2yo. Not a negative but just some feedback, the house is beautifully furnished except for the deck. It would be much nicer with a comfy outdoor setting & table or sofa.
