Nice location with ample space
The space itself is located a bit inwards and seems rather secluded from other houses, or at least from my take surrounded by houses that appear empty (giving off that secluded feeling). However, it was a good thing because it gave a private kind of feel to the establishment. The house itself was large and had ample space for people to enjoy in the main living room or in their respective rooms. Sounds are localized to their particular rooms so no matter how loud it got in the living room, those upstairs could have a quiet rest. Initially the place was hotter than we would have liked. We found that in one location the air did not circulate very well thus it was pretty warm compared to the lower parts of the house. If they could fix that circulation, then this place would be perfect. Amenities are great and hot tub as an excellent touch!

Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows.
