Tranquil View is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath SMOKE-FREE oceanfront home with a private saltwater pool, hot tub, pool-side Cabana, tiki bar, outdoor entertaining area, fire-pit, elevator with access to all levels, game room and a whole-house air purification system.

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, a ping pong table, an outside shower, extensive outdoor furniture, 2 gas grills, beach supplies, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles. When you arrive, pull in under the house to unload with ease. Inside the ground floor entry, access to the all-level elevator makes grocery stocking and luggage handling a breeze. Outside, relax in the shade or sun on the spacious pool deck with ample seating. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a 6-person hot tub, a 14' by 30' saltwater pool, and a large entertaining area with picnic tables, a ping pong table, a tiki bar complete with a mini refrigerator, and 2 gas grills. Enjoy the convenience of being oceanfront and the provided beach gear of 6 beach chairs, a Cool Cabana, WheelEEZ cart, body boards, and beach toys. When you return, use the foot wash near the gate or rinse off in the outdoor shower with an adjacent changing area.
Level 1: Entering from the front door, you will find a large front-to-back game room with deck access. An upscale pool table provides entertainment, while the TV lounge area features comfortable seating in front of a 58" TV with a surround sound system and coffee table foosball. Keep snacks and drinks on hand in the kitchenette, complete with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A convenient full bath on this level is easily accessible from the pool area. Also, on this floor are 2 bedrooms that share a large full bath. Bedroom #1 has a Full bed with a Twin Trundle and bedroom #2 has a Full bed with a 58" TV. The laundry closet can be found near the entryway.
Level 2: Take the elevator or stairs to the next level and find 3 spacious King bedrooms each equipped with unique coastal decor and attached private full bathrooms. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have deck access with large sliding doors offering tranquil ocean views. Bedroom #5 is disability friendly with a roll-in shower and pedestal sink. Watch TV, read a book, or enjoy quiet time in the ocean-facing den and office area. A convenient second laundry room is available at the staircase landing.
Top Level: Make your way to the fourth level, where you will find an extravagant great room with large picture windows and a panoramic ocean view. Step outside and enjoy the picturesque views, tranquil breeze, and warm sun that Hatteras Island has to offer. The great room features a large open entertaining area professionally decorated with upscale décor. Comfortable seating surrounds the 58" flat-screen TV with a multi-speaker surround sound system, gas fireplace, and half bath. The dining area also offers ocean views and seats 10, and the wet bar with mini fridge is within arm's reach, providing additional space to spread out buffet meals and mix drinks for your group. The spacious kitchen has everything you need. With two sinks, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and double ovens, the chef in your family will be thrilled to cook in this gourmet kitchen. The stainless-steel appliances, expansive granite countertops, and beautiful custom cabinetry truly define the kitchen. The kitchen island seats 6 with ample prep space. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement.
