The work will take place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This construction is limited to the building's exterior and does not involve the interior of the condos. However, construction noise should be expected.

Dunes of Panama has a zero tolerance regarding the following:

3. Lewd and lascivious acts
4. Damaging property inside unit or on Dunes of Panama property (immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and rental money)
5. Loud radios, TVs, music, children playing on elevator, shouting from balconies

Why they chose this property

Dunes of Panama building A is situated near everything--and has a breathtaking view. We loved the spacious layout of the condo. The Dunes property is over 1500 ft of beachfront, so there is room to spread out on the beach. Dunes of Panama also has and on-site snack shop, gym, three pools, playground equipment, grills, shade gazebos, and shuffleboard. It's just a great all around property. There are five buildings at Dunes of Panama. The buildings have space between them, so its not like a concrete canyon. Its a beautiful resort complex.
