 Like many condo buildings in Florida, there will be exterior construction happening until mid-2026. The work will take place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This construction is limited to the building's exterior and does not involve the interior of the condos. However, construction noise should be expected.

YOU MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT THIS CONDO!!! Beautifully updated, Unit 608A is a 2br/2ba condo located at Dunes of Panama. This vacation Rental is the perfect accommodation for your next family vacation or a couple’s escape to Florida’s Emerald Coast! Our condo is also pet friendly. Panama City remains a top Florida beach vacation destination for vacationers seeking fun in the sun at affordable rates. The amenities and family friendly atmosphere can't be beat.
There are 3 pools to choose from, we also have shade gazebos and 1500 feet of beachfront.
This condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the complex's pools. We are also nearby most Panama City Beach events, beach rental providers, and famous Panama City Beach restaurants that offer the finest coastal cuisine! Don’t hesitate to book your family vacation to the world’s most beautiful beaches in Florida’s Panhandle!

Dunes of Panama is a family oriented complex with many full time residents.
Dunes of Panama has a zero tolerance regarding the following:
1. Profanity in public areas
2. Illegal drugs, drunkenness or underage drinking (must be 21 to drink)
3. Lewd and lascivious acts
4. Damaging property inside unit or on Dunes of Panama property (immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and rental money)
5. Loud radios, TVs, music, children playing on elevator, shouting from balconies

This property was very clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room. View was gorgeous!! The beach here was not very crowded and we felt like we had our own private resort!!! You will not be disappointed staying at this condo!

Out of the Hustle & Bustle

The condo was beautifully updated and comfortably furnished. We loved that the location was in a less busy section of the beach but still close to good restaurants and provisions. Our host, Susan, provided quick responses, was very accommodating, and offered great suggestions for nearby restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in PCB.

This condo is in a great relaxed location right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was recently remodeled and was absolutely breath taking. Everything was high end in this condo. From the floors to the smart mirrors in the bathrooms. Will be coming back.

We enjoyed ourselves!

The property was nice and clean! We had plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 children, and two little dogs. The beds were pretty comfortable. My kids enjoyed having multiple pools. We enjoyed having the tiki bar by the pools. It was super easy to go back and forth to the beach. We were able to go straight to the room when we got there. They have shopping carts downstairs to bring in groceries and racks for your luggage. The beach was not crowded at all. They have a Walmart close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Thinking of retirement

We picked this place 3 days before we left home. Our other condo place was painting the balcony and gave us the option to cancel. We did and we are so glad we did! Very friendly owner. We communicated thru txt and email. Place was very clean and tastefully decorated! The community of the complex was excellent! We felt right at home and comfortable hearing that others have been returning there for 8+ years. We have already booked for next!

Amazing owner and beautiful condo

First of all, the pictures are EXACTLY what the condo looks like….beautiful renovation and nice furnishings. Kitchen is well stocked and the host had laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for us. The owner was so thoughtful in what she put in the condo and was AMAZING with communication! She gave us a list of good restaurants before we got there and they were very good places…..the condo is on the 6th floor but there are grocery and luggage carts to get everything upstairs. Very easy walk to the beach and to the pools! Having the beach service included in price was great and very thoughtful! We will definitely stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here. Very clean, and the view is probably the best we've ever had. The window in the bedroom is huge and makes you feel like the beach is right there. Overall, we loved this place and will be coming back!

We loved the condo - proximity to the beach and the view were amazing. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I read complaints about age of building- it may be a little dated but everything worked/looked great and we were the least crowded spot on the beach. Traffic near this building was not a problem - very close to great restaurants and grocery stores, nice sidewalks for walking the dog. Our only compliant would be other guests - smoking on balconies and on beach, trash not put down shoot, littering the property, leaving carts in hallway and not taking them down - nothing really controllable by property managers though.

This condo made it easy to be on the beach without being on the beach everyday. When you were in bed or in the living room you felt as if you were on the beach as all you could see out the window was the ocean. The deck was great as well. Sort of like being on a ship. We loved it. I have never spent so much of my vacation actually in the room. There was nothing that we needed that the owners had not thought of and had there on site.

A Wonderful Beach Retreat

As soon as we walked into the spotlessly clean condo, we could see the beautiful gulf through the large windows and door to the balcony. The master bedroom had equally glorious panoramic views. Getting to the beach was super easy. Such a convenient location. Also, the heated pool was wonderful! Everything around this condo was very clean and tidy. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to give us a restful, peaceful, and convenient week away. Also, the owner made everything so easy and was super quick to respond to all of my messages. Highly recommended!

We had a great month of getaway from the cold north. The condo was clean and nice. Susan was fantastic from the beginning to after the end of our stay. She responded quickly to every inquiry from first contact about the place/time/price to after leaving. The unit is due to be completely updated at the time of our next vacation or we would try to come again! We enjoyed our time at the Dunes. Perfect for us retirees who can’t walk up steps. The elevators and the luggage carriers were available which were great helps. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer came in handy. The view was so beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Dunes of Panama building A is situated near everything--and has a breathtaking view. We loved the spacious layout of the condo. The Dunes property is over 1500 ft of beachfront, so there is room to spread out on the beach. Dunes of Panama also has and on-site snack shop, gym, three pools, playground equipment, grills, shade gazebos, and shuffleboard. It's just a great all around property. There are five buildings at Dunes of Panama. The buildings have space between them, so its not like a concrete canyon. Its a beautiful resort complex.
