Relaxing retreat in a beautiful place. We stayed in this beautiful location hosted by Judith for two nights. The house is very nice, everything you need or can think of was there at hand. It felt like a home away from home. We loved attention to a detail, very nice decor and beautiful view from a spacious deck. From there it was a short ride to the New Hope, Lambertville and Peddler’s Village. All very beautiful and full of small town charm. I highly recommend Judith’s place for your next big city escape or any occasion,
We loved our cabin in the woods. The house is beautifully furnished, while being very comfortable. It has a very well stocked kitchen. The setting is completely private, with a large back deck overlooking the canal. There are books and games for guests of all ages. We found two good restaurants just a short distance away, The Yardley Inn and Nicko's. This is a property I would love to return to.
Outstanding! Great host, great atmosphere, well equipped kitchen. The patio overlooking the yard and canal was a highlight. We all stayed outside and had coffee, snacks, and cocktails. We were almost late for the wedding we were attending.
We enjoyed our stay at the waterfront guesthouse for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Judy was there to greet us when we arrived and answer our questions. The home is very cozy and was the perfect size for our family of 6. I would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful Adirondack lodge style home in a woodsy setting overlooking the Delaware River. Very nicely furnished, clean, and private. Close to restaurants and a good base for exploring Bucks County.
Nice cozy cottage with great views. Excellent host and nice location. You’ll have everything you will need for a Bucks County get away, no matter the time of year. Young children will love the collection of toys!
We had a wonderful time at this house, where the meticulous attention to detail truly stands out. Judy is an excellent host, incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, especially for our group with children. She ensured everyone was comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. Whether looking to adventure out or simply unwind, this house is a superb choice that we would happily recommended again and again.
Very nice old house in a pretty location. A little creaky. Bathrooms were good. A little dark inside due to lots of nearby trees. Back deck was great! Hostess was great.
We stayed at this house a few weeks ago and it is just wonderful. Close to family, business and friends, so a perfect locale to book for our needs. Thanks Judy & Andreas - we look forward to future visits!
Judy and Andreas are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. The property and cottage are impeccable. The cottage has everything you could ever need and has some modern touches like beautiful, stone floor showers, while still maintaining all of its historic charm. The patio is so serene with beautiful views. Plenty of deer wander by throughout the day! This is a cottage, so floors and doors creak and sound travels. It is a lovely, welcoming place and beautifully appointed and you will not be disappointed with your stay. Judy and Andreas have a welcome booklet that explains everything you need to know about the cottage and provides plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area, including maps of walking trails.
Judy was a great host, lovely cottage tucked into woods near the water, wonderful amenities, comfy beds, cozy hornlike feel. We hope to be back the next time we’re in town for reunions!
Our stay was perfect. We were traveling to Sesame Place with our children and grandson. The accommodations were great and conveniently located to Sesame Place, many restaurants and shops. The house had a wonderful rustic vibe with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy!
After staying a few times already, it feels like home away from home. Absolutely perfect for us. All the amenities are on hand that will make your visit very enjoyable. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay at this location many more times over the next year when visiting family and conducting business.
What a fantastic place to stay! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and cozy. It had all the amenities one would need to enjoy some time away. The hosts were available when needed and very welcoming. We look forward to many future visits!!
Beautifully appointed home and kitchen. Gracious and communicative host. Loved the location for hiding away or exploring the Delaware River bike trails and communities.
