We did not use the pool. The nearby shops and restaurants were a plis. The property location was excellent and very convenient to the venue we were in town for.

Being our first time to Myrtle Beach, it was wonderful. Our condo was just as it was pictured. The only problem we had was the fob to the pool didn’t work, but luckily there was some nice people in there that let us in. My only complaint was could have used more towels, but I didn’t call Anna either, so it could have been taken care off. Anyway we had a wonderful time and will stay there again if we ever head that far South again. Thanks Donna

Memorial Day weekend

Wifi Internet didn't work the whole stay. There was a frog looking at me as soon as i open the door. Other than that everything was cool.

Great Rental for Volleyball Tournament

We travel year round for our daughter's volleyball tournaments. This was a great rental in a perfect location for the annual SC Grand Prix volleyball tournament at the convention center. Condo was well stocked. Adequate parking. Renters should be aware that you have no control over the temperature in this rental. The temp was set to 76 when we arrived. This was way too warm. We could not sleep the first night. We sent a message to the owner on the second day requesting that the temperature be lowered to 72 through our stay. Owner promptly lowered the temperature to 72. Overall this was a great rental and we would stay here again.

Thank you for your kind review Rick! I’m sorry about the initial temperature. There actually is a way to control it from the Nest device itself, however it is a bit difficult to explain. Your input has given me the idea to create a short explanation with pictures the next time that I am there to help guests better be able to manage the temperature! We do hope to host you again in the future.

Needs fixes

Sliding glass door was off track and sink and dishwasher would drain very slowly. By the end of the week they wouldn’t drain at all. The only number available was not maintenance and couldn’t contact anyone to notify them of the issue. Exhaust fan in primary bathroom also did not work

Hello Ty, I’m sorry that you had some maintenance issues during your stay, such as the sink and exhaust fan. Unfortunately, your statement regarding not being able to contact anyone is incorrect. After booking and prior to check in, all guests have access to an information packet on the VRBO platform, which has my contact information on it. Guests have used this number to send a text regarding a late check in or needing a few extra minutes for check out. In addition, guests can easily reach out through the VRBO app to message the host with any concerns. Problems that occur during your stay cannot be addressed if you don’t reach out to the host. Thankfully, my plumber was able to fix the drainage issue on the day of check out.

Unit is nice, nice area, convenient to beach and restaurants. The patio door is difficult to open/shut. Shower water pressure is very low. Suggest a keurig- the coffee pot that was available was ok however it was slow. Overall the unit is nice.

The location of this condo is fantastic. You’re only a 5–10 minute drive from everything: Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk, tons of restaurants, a water park, a wax museum, a go‑kart track, and several mini‑golf courses. Public beach access is less than a mile away with easy parking. If you want to stay in and cook, there’s a Food Lion right across 17th Ave, plus a CVS for anything you forgot. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, and you’re also just five minutes from Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, and Lowe’s... all in the same strip mall. The condo itself is great for families. The main bedroom is roomy and has its own full bathroom for the parents, and the second bedroom has three beds and another full bath that also connects to the living area. The kitchen has everything you need to throw together simple, no‑frills dinners.

Family Trip

Stayed here during our family trip. The location was perfect, parking right outside the condo made it easy with the baby. The condo could use some updates but was fine. The cleaning can be better, the floors were not very clean at all. We brought our crawling infant and she would end up with black hands, knees and feet. Maybe leave some extra toilet paper, we are a family of 5 and the rolls were not new. Everything else was great, communication was perfect. The pool was close and very clean.

Great place to stay

The location is close to everything. The pools were not open. They where going to open up in the middle of April. The place needed new sheets. Every morning I would wake up sleeping on the rubber sheet instead of the cloth one

Nice location

This condo was located in a great place. It was 2 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo was just the right size for myself, my spouse and child. The pool was small but there are several located on the property so it was not crowded. Anna was great at communicating with us about check in and check out. We had to contact her about the washer/dryer and she answered us pretty quickly. The only issue I had was if people were staying above us it sounded like rhinos walking above. You’ll have that in any condo. If we came again, I’d stay here for sure.

Attractive & convenient

I live in Myrtle beach & rented this villa for my sister, her son & his wife who were in town for a family wedding. The location is very close to me so it worked out well for us. They enjoyed the outside deck & the swimming pool. It worked quite well for our needs.

Great Location

The property was very clean and in a great location if you are looking for things to do while you are there. The place had a nice pool and if you didn’t like the pool too much you have the beach about 2 miles away as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and the price was great as well.
