Deluxe Seaview Suite - AAA 4 star - en-suite, sensational ocean views

The Deluxe Seaview Suite is part of the Madsen Retreat Guest House. It is an officially accredited 4 star quality room and only released to the market in December 2018 following our refurbishment and upgrade work. It was designed by Cocoon Design, a local interior design company. It has a King bed that can be split into two long single beds on request and a sofa bed that can be made up on request. All our rooms offer free wifi, smart tv, Netflix movies, ceiling fan, quality linens, bathrobes, slippers and tea/coffee facilities and an internal table with a view.

Weekend in Penguin

The suite was lovely and so comfy and the view out over Bass Strait was wonderful. The room caught the sun and was lovely and warm, even though it was the middle of winter. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful.

The room was great brand new and spotlessly clean great location and everything was provided the only thing I did not realise is that it was inside Chris’s house so more like a B&B situation but maybe I overlooked that when booking.

Best kept secret on the coast!

The accommodation was exactly as described. Close to all that Penguin has to offer, but just behind the hustle & bustle. Chris gives a great intro to the township and the rooms are meticulously presented. The beds & pillows were so good I struggled to get out of bed!!!
