The villas have all the amenities of a 3 or 4 star hotel including 5 plush bedrooms , attached bathrooms in every room,swimming pool, fitness center, free Wifi, 24 hour security, 24 hr backup power,canoeing , cycling, nature tours, fishing(equipment provided) along with an onsite chef that can prepare local and international cuisine. Breakfast included in the price for 10 adults. Breakfast includes Indian items like Idly, Dosa, Puri etc as well as cereal, oat meals, bread, butter, jam. Others items available on demand but requires a 24 hour notice

Beautiful location to celebrate a Family Wedding

Stayed here for 5 days with extended family for my niece’s wedding. We had the entire property to ourselves. Ramachandran Nair and his staff went out of their way to ensure our every need was met. We hosted a couple of parties here as well and had the pleasure of catering food from the kitchen. It was like a home away from home. Delicious food. Only improvement I would like to see is moe diligent cleaning. The pool is large and beautiful but could be better maintained. We had a blast!

Why they chose this property

This place lies on one of the most scenic routes in Kerala between Allepey and Changanacherry towns. My father is from Allepey and my mother from Changanacherry . I used to travel this route when I was a kid visiting in summer vacations so its always been close to my heart

What makes this property unique

You will have the whole place to yourself guaranteeing total privacy. At the same time you can enjoy all the benefits of a small resort like in house restaurant, Large pool, Gym, Kayaking, local tours, house boat with total 24 x 7 security. Its also well connected and short walk from public transport like buses, boats etc .Breakfast included in the price for 10 adults. Breakfast includes Indian items like Idly, Dosa, Puri etc as well as cereal, oat meals, bread, butter, jam. Others items available on demand but requires a 24 hour notice
