Third year staying here during our state basketball tournament. Pete is always an excellent host. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend and plenty of room for our two families. With the nice weather we got to enjoy the grill and firepit out back, as well as the fire table in the sunroom.

Our stay was excellent! We had a great weekend visiting our son at Penn State and attending the football game. The house was perfect for our 19 family and friends. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the sat around the island well cooking. Pete was very reachable and a great host. The house was easy to get to and so close to the stadium and campus. This is a beautiful house with a great location that’s close to downtown/campus but has a private, out of the way feel. Communication with Pete was easy. The size of the house was perfect for our 14-person group, with plenty of bedrooms and beds.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size for our party, and the owner is very responsive. It was super easy getting in & out. The only odd thing is the giraffe in the living room. It was a little creepy, but actually made for some funny pictures. Overall, we'd recommend this property!

GREAT VISIT TO PSU FOR WINTER GRADUATION

We gathered with family and friends in this house to celebrate our daughter graduating from PSU a semester early in December 2022. This house was perfect! Ample bedroom space, and nice large well-stocked kitchen for meal prep and gathering. Loved out stay! Host was great! House was clean and as advertised, and host was responsive to communication on details before and during the stay! Great place! Will return!
