Cozy condo!! Located in the Heart of Playa del Carmen. The perfect location. You can walk everywhere. Just 3 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue and a 5 min walking from the Caribbean Sea . The place is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and much more.

The new and modern building offers two swimming pools (one on the roof with an incredible view to the sea, and one on the ground), a business center, gym, spa, game room, a movie theater, lobby, etc. It also, offers a subterranean free parking .
Last but not least, it offers a concierge service and security 24 hours, to give you a completely safe stay besides facilitating your arrival and departure from the apartment.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay and enjoy Playa del Carmen.

The room and the dinning room have double blinds (blackout) to prevent the sun from entering in the morning.
There is a safety box in the room.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, stove, oven, coffee maker) everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The apartment also has a balcony with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine, talk or read your favorite book.
We also offer bath and beach towels.
We have a cold and hot drinking water dispenser.
There is also iron and hair dryer.

The new, modern and very well located building offers:

- Two outdoor pools, one on the roof with an incredible view of the sea (adult only) and one on the ground floor.

Very clean and quiet place and a great price. The rooftop swimming pool with bar was a great bonus. We visit Playa del Carmen a couple of times a year, and I think we found our new favorite place.

Great location and great host

The condo looks as shown in the pictures, and it was lovely. The balcony is very large, and there’s lot of light in the apartment. The location is terrific - a large “Mega” store, which has groceries and just about everything else, is very close. There are many, many restaurants around, and the busy 5th Avenue pedestrian street is a short walk. The host, Katina, was very responsive to our requests (more towels, please) and was quick to fix the mechanical issues we had. We enjoyed our stay here.

Overall great value for money. Its very noisy, we love to have the windows open and it is hard to sleep. Ocean view from the corner of the roof top pool only. This was disappointing as a choose this place for my wife. Great location close to everywhere

Great location and property

Overall, our stay was very nice. The property is secure, well kept, both pool areas were relaxing and the staff were very kind. We did notice the apartment was not fully prepared for our arrival (shared below), however, Katina was very responsive and addressed most of our needs within 24 hours. Pros: reliable, fast internet walking distance to Walmart and at least two groceries stores. Mega Store across the street 7 minute walk to the public beach 5 minutes from Playa del Carmen Alterna ADO bus station (to and from the airport, $10 USD per person each way) fully equipped kitchen (however, a couple of issues below) smart TVs in bedroom and living room infinity rooftop pool with a refrigerator to keep food and beverages and wifi gym with cardio machines, free weights, universal equipment, leg curl/extension machine, wifi (accessible by reservation for four people at a time) reasonably comfortable sofa and bed spacious balcony COVID testing on the same block plenty of nearby restaurants Cons: ran out of toilet paper ran out of garbage bags batteries in remote controls dead or low upon arrival no filtered water upon arrival. Katina provided a new jug of water. We ran out of water and had to pay for an additional jug of water ($3 USD each and reception delivers it to you). air conditioning in bedroom wasn’t cool enough when sleeping air conditioning requires remote controls, which needed batteries so it was hot when we arrived no instructions for air conditioning or tv remote controls oven and stove weren’t working, found electrical breaker under sink to turn on power outlet closest to the front door was not working no dishwasher detergent

Great property,easy walk to everything. Building was safe and well kept and the staff were great.Had a couple small issues with the unit and the owner was great to deal with,very fast replies and took care of the issues. Would stay there again!
