I am sorry your experience was less than 5 star. We always try to make any necessary changes if the condo isn't up to par but since we received the message late at night at it was only a one night stay unfortunately that wasn't the case. Our housekeeper did clean that day prior to your stay and all the sheets were fresh.

The host was very responsive! Love this condo! Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, it’s the perfect location! If you get a chance, visit during Christmas! Not only are the lights in town beautiful, but the condo is decorated so beautifully!

Stayed 1 night as we past through Tennessee. Great location, easy access. The condo was very clean. Had an enjoyable time eventhough it was only the 1 night. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Close to everything. Quiet even though it's in the center of town. Nice proximity to the pool. Owner was easy to work with. Would stay again.
