CASAS BERTI - HOUSE 1

Large house, well lit and well ventilated.
Bespoke furniture, plaster finish and porcelain floor.
Only 250m from the beach!

The house offers a full kitchen.
The room is large and has an LCD TV connected to the satellite dish.
In addition, there is a large dining room with a barbecue.
There are 3 comfortable rooms: a room with a double bed and a fan, a room with a double bed and a ceiling fan, a room with 2 single beds + auxiliary bed and a ceiling fan.

There are 2 complete bathrooms.

Collection of adult and children's games. WiFi internet.

The house has an alarm system and private security monitoring 24h.

The courtyard is large, grassy, fenced and secure. There is a patio in the front and back.

FANS: there is no air conditioning in the house. There is a ceiling fan in two of the bedrooms, plus a portable fan.

GARAGE (3 spaces): in the house there is a covered space and another space not covered. We offer a third extra covered parking space in another plot, on the same block as the house.

NOTE: we do not provide towels, bedding and beach accessories
