Against the background of the constantly increasing demand for above-average furnished apartments in quiet and quiet residential areas in Croatia, we have decided to offer our guests that "special": The apartment in Porec offers a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. A loggia is a matter of course, as are partially assigned garden areas and a shared barbecue area.

Due to the individual location of the apartment in Porec-Süd, residential area "Novo Naselje" and in close proximity to the "Plava Laguna" (blue lagoon). It is only about 300 meters to the popular beach and sports boat harbor. Here there are restaurants, toilets, fresh water showers as well as sports and leisure facilities and an attractive promenade path into the city of Porec, Istria.

Urlaub mit 7 Personen

Wir sind eine Patchwork Familie und waren mit unseren Kindern und deren Partner für 10 Tage hier. Am Anreisetag wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern auf zwei Etagen groß genug für 7 Personen. Auf jeder Etage gab es eine große Terasse. Nur Kochen für 7 Personen war mit den verfügbaren Kochutensilien etwas umständlich. Das Gelände war gepflegt. Durch Schleichwege waren wir in 5 min am Meer, der Rückweg Berg auf dauerte meistens etwas länger. Die Umgebung und das Städtchen Porec waren traumhaft. Lieben Dank an Herrn und Frau Duwe. Wir würden es Freunden weiterempfehlen. Für Großfamilien und Gruppen wirklich empfehlenswert. Kleiner Tipp in Pula nich bei Nono essen, absolute Abzocke und schlechte Qualität. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Unser Urlaub im Beverly Hill

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Porec. Tolle Gastgeber und ein sehr schönes Appartement. Super ordentlich und sauber und für unsere Konstellation genau richtig 👌 wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Auch wenn der Weg zum Strand in der Sonne schon anstrengend sein kann, war es das echt wert (es waren aber deutlich mehr als 300m). Ein super toller Strand und gerade für unsere Kinder (knapp 1, 3, 5) genau das richtige mit dem tollen Kinderbecken! Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen 😊 Auch das Essen in den umliegenden Restaurants war immer toll, besonders im Monte Rosso hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Top Service und wahnsinnig leckeres Essen!

Schöner Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub, das Objekt und die Ausstattung entsprachen der Bechreibung. Der Kontakt vor Ort war gut, lediglich die, laut Beschreibung 300m zum Strand waren etwas geschönt. Ein passender Strand für uns als Familie und dem einen Kind, war entweder mit etwas längerem Fußweg, bzw. mit dem Pkw zu erreichen.

Super Lage, sehr komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz

Gut geeignet für große Familien

Grundsätzlich war die FeWo für große Familien geeignet. Der Gartengrill war für uns allerdings nicht zu gebrauchen, da es am Grill keine Sitzgelegenheit gab. Man hätte das Grillgut auf die eigene Terrasse tragen müssen. Wir haben daher den Elektrogrill benutzt.

Nachdem die Appartments in der Valamar-Anlage nebenan immer schlechter und unverschämt teuer wurden, haben wir bei den Duwes eine hervorragende und viel bessere Alternative gefunden. In bester, ruhiger Lage, nicht weiter vom Strand entfernt, haben wir uns in der zweigeschossigen Wohnung, mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, sofort zuhause gefühlt. Auf den beiden Balkons, mit traumhaften Ausblick, findet man Ruhe, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Strandgetümmel hat. Die sehr netten, zurückhaltenden Vermieter stehen mit Rat zur Seite, wenn man das wünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienanlage neuwertig und sehr sauber. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, komfortabel. Vermieter freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Ferienort ist interessant und abwechslungsreich. Freundliche Menschen, zurückhaltend und nicht aufdringlich. Eine Stadt und ein Land, welches man gerne wieder besucht.

große und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage von Porec

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung der Villa California war toll. Die Fewo ist perfekt ausgestattet und war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Neben der Klimaanlage und Spülmaschine haben uns auch der Internetempfang und die Ausstattung der Küche begeistert. Die Lage der Fewo war perfekt, wir konnten morgens zu Fuß etwas einkaufen, danach ging es meistens zum Strand der nur 300m durch einen schönen Park zu erreichen war. Abends bummelten wir durch die ALtstadt von Porec. Zudem haben wir einige Tagesausflüge in der Umgebung unternommen. Das Wetter zu unserer Urlaubszeit war perfekt, so hatten wir wirklich einen erholsamen Kroatienurlaub. Bei Fragen hat uns unser freundlicher Vermieter immer weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder...
