Studio in neighborhood

The space I offer is medium, bright and quiet. With separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (from the main door of the house, to the left).
It is equipped with:
- desk,
- chairs,
- monitor / tv,
- heating,
- fan,
- mosquito net in the window,
- hair dryer,
- griddle,
- sheets and bedspreads.

> No refrigerator, no air conditioning.

It also has basic cooking equipment:
- plates, cutlery, pots, etc.
- oil, salt, pepper,
- Tea, coffee, milk powder.

There is an entrance for vehicles available for guests.
- Vehicle entry is not only for guests:
- it is shared with the house car and
- It has no roof.
- Small and medium cars enter comfortably.

The location of the studio is quiet (residential neighborhood) and close to the center of the city (15 min by bus).
We have a wide availability of buses to quickly access the city center and to go out for a walk to the "Sierras Chicas" and airport!

Guests can use the entrance gallery where they can enjoy breakfast, or spend the moment, talk, etc.

From the main door of the house, on the right is the part of the house where I live, so that I can solve the requirements and needs that the guests have, whenever it is within my reach. In the house lives also a dog, Pancha, midium and friendly with the guest.
