About this property
Chancara with beautiful view, in gated community prox. to Shopping Catarina.
The house has two suites with double bed, 3 bathrooms with shower and a toilet, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two), mezzanine with 2 double mattresses and 10 single beds. It also has a living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. Large dining room with table for 18 people, recreation area with barbecue and pool table. Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware and other utensils. In the outside we have two swimming pools (one for children), playground with natural grass, playground and path around the house with many plants and flowers.
IMPORTANT:
ATTENTION - We do not provide bedding, table and bath.
We charge cleaning fee.
