Inside, the fully stocked home is designed for comfort and convenience, with central heat, Smart TVs with Roku, live TV access through the Spectrum app, and everything needed for an extended or short-term stay. While the home does not have air conditioning, Huntington Beach’s cool coastal climate and refreshing ocean breezes provide natural comfort year-round.

Pet Policy
Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval, pet addendum, and fee. Please reach out with your dog’s breed, age, and weight before booking. We generally prefer one dog but are happy to discuss exceptions. Cats are not permitted.
House Rules
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties, unauthorized gatherings, or excessive noise
• Quiet outdoor hours after 9 PM
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests
Longer Stays (30+ Nights)
Utilities include a monthly allowance:
• Electricity: up to $150/month
• Gas: up to $100/month
Guests are responsible for overages.
Check-In & Stay Details
Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. After booking, guests complete a rental agreement and receive check-in details, door codes, and stay information. Our team at So Cal Hot Properties is always available if you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.
