Fully furnished, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - perfect for a small family or two couples.
* Master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious closet, ceiling fan, TV and blackout shades.
* Living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, large windows for plenty of natural light, cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.
* Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker and more. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes.
* Private balcony with expansive mountain views.
* 2 LED flatscreen TVs, Wifi Internet, Cable, Blu-Ray DVD player, Chromecast for streaming media.
* Largest 1BR floor-plan in the Village - located in building 4.
* Outdoor rooftop hot tubs with views of KT-22 and the ski mountain.
* Parking for one vehicle is included in the gated underground garage with elevator access.

Other amenities include: sauna, fitness room, private ski locker, laundry room, gated bike storage, media room with big screen TV and game consoles, children's game room and pool table.

Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. Catch some live music in the Village Plaza or warm-up and roast marshmallows in one of the four fire pits. Come enjoy the ultimate 4-season mountain resort!

During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

The hosts were very accomodating when we had to reschedule our dates. We loved our stay! Great property, very comfortable, & perfect location central to Truckee/Donner & Tahoe City. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub twice, which was amazing. We also rented ebikes & rode to Tahoe City! Village was pretty quiet due to off season visit but great shops & restaurants & im sure it would be an even better experience during ski season right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend!
