- If the pool cover is off when not in use for an extended time, the pool heater will be turned off, and the guest will forfeit the heater fee
- Your safety matters. The property features 2 exterior security cameras monitoring the walkway towards the pool and the driveway. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They actively record video and audio and will be turned on during your stay

Great Location close to everything!! House is so much bigger than it looks in pictures, was great for accommodating our 10 adults and 2 kids, and you could fit a few more than that. We enjoyed the firepit area and hot tub, as it was cold at night. It was clean. Would stay there again if we had a large group.

This house is perfect for large families! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Plenty to do. Well-stocked kitchen. The house layout is unique. We felt close but also like we had plenty of space to spread out. We didn’t use the cottage, but it’s adorable. We will be back!

The private stay and the kids loved the room to run and be able to play on the playground. This home was very clean and I would recommend to anyone who wants a spacious are for a bigger family. The chalet was awesome and there was another room that privately secluded to just a room with bathroom and all. This place was 10/10 for my stays in pigeon forge and will definitely rent again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well!We especially loved spending our evenings by the fire pit, relaxing under the stars and soaking in the peaceful mountain air. What a great rental for families...especially ours!! So many great things! A lot of rentals in the area house big families but limit parking to 4 cars. We had 16 in our group and 5 cars and this place was perfect! Tons of parking and still room to shoot hoops! The basketball net and playground set was a hit with our kids and teens! Patio friendly area to grill, watch the kids on the playset and shoot hoops! Though stairs aren't an issue with our family, it was so nice to have a mountain rental with no stairs!! Especially with kids...no fear of the kids falling or having to get kids up and down stairs! We never realize the stairs hassles until we got this place with no stairs!! There was so much room to spread out but also come together! The layout is perfect! 2 rooms were secluded from the rest of the house which made it perfect for my pregnant sister in law to comfortably rest away from everyone's noisiness and our newly wed couple got the pool house as a early honeymoon suite! It was just too perfect for our family!!! Location is amazing too! Tucked away but close to everything!! No crazy up the mountain roads! Cons - there weren't any that weren't resolved because Monica was on top of all our questions. We got the grill tank filled quickly and directions on trash placement. It was so nice to have a response so quickly!!!We will def be returning and can't imagine renting another place if our extended family is vacationing in the area!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Our favorite place to gather was the patio with its comfortable rockers and swing. The only disappointment was the fire pit would not work. The kitchen was big enough to accommodate us and we were surprised to find a waffle maker that was well used. We loved the theater room with its comfortable couches and access to streaming channels. The men loved the game room with the pool table. What I liked is there was room for us to be together, but also space for us to separate. It was also so nice to be able to relax in the pool which was wonderful. Check in was a breeze, we were given codes for the doors and they worked perfectly.I definitely will stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. Weather was a little cool for the adults but the kids loved the pool and then warmed up in the hot tub when done swimming. Basketball hoop and swingset was a big plus for kids ranging from 3-16. The Outdoor patio was where we spent the majority of our time when we were home enjoying the fire pit, making smores, eating meals and enjoying the quietness of the mountains. The house is perfectly located for all attractions, shopping, and quick trips to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable and house was extremely clean. Have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house. Truly one of our best vacations and experiences.

This place is great. Very close to Dollywood and all the attraction. The house is very roomy, clean , and well stocked. We only had a shortage of blankets, as we had a few ladies on opposite sides of the spectrum.I would recommend this place, we have already booked for next year!The owner was quick to respond to a few issues.
