QUIET, COMFORTABLE 6 Bed 2 Bath, Central Air, Beautiful Sunsets, Great Location!

This is a great house in a central location! You are 1/2 mile of driving distance to several area beaches and local favorite restaurants and only a few miles to local shopping. You have 2 decks (top deck great for viewing the beautiful sunsets), large yard, plenty of parking, gas grill, central air, laundry in house, outdoor shower and plenty of relaxing space. This home has a great set up if you wanted to share with 2 families (3 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor). Last spring this home received a complete makeover on the inside! BRAND NEW Beds, Mattresses, Furniture, Dishes, new flooring, Vanities and Granite Counters. Some outside yard work will be added this Spring. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We are very excited about it!!

Great spot for large groups

I booked this house for my bachelorette with a group of ladies. The house was perfectly spacious to fit all of us & looks exactly like the photos. Short drive to the state beach and close to grocery stores.

The Perfect Family Getaway

This house was the perfect spot for our extended family. Plenty of space for kids and adults to hang out indoors on a rainy day and a great outdoor space to set up games and play outside. The location was close to beaches, dining and shopping. The house was well stocked with all the amenities needed to cook meals for a large group. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Girls Getaway

Nice comfortable house for our 3 generation getaway. Easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Beautiful sunsets and 4th of July fireworks seen off back deck. Great owner communication. Would love to return.

We had a lovely stay. Just a bunch of old friends spending a weekend together. The deck is lovely. Everything works as it should. The beach is reasonably close. Diane was accommodating and extremely responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing home and hosts!

Me and a group of 8 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house was so clean and they shrink wrapped towels for each of us. Dianne was easy to communicate with, she replies very quickly. I will definitely be booking with her again because it was a great weekend and the house was the biggest reason for that. It’s 4 minutes away from the beach and less than 10 minutes away from cool restaurants and cafes. Book this property asap!

Amazing Vacation Home!

We had a group of friends, 6 couples, who all wanted to meet up for a weekend away in Narragansett. This house was even better than we thought based on pictures! Everything is clearly renovated and brand new, the house was stocked with WAY more things than we anticipated (dishware, bathroom needs, paper good, serving dishes, etc.). We appreciated that all our linens were individually wrapped after being cleaned, to make us feel better given covid. The yard was perfect for lawn games and hanging, and the deck with large enough for all 12 people. Also, we were super close to the beach which was excellent! The owner was accessible via text/phone and was extremely helpful in providing all needed information up front. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we plan on coming back here in the future!

Stay at Point Judith

Lovely home for a larger group that offers an insane amount of outdoor space. Pros: Two porches, with furniture and a grill Massive yard (the pictures do not do it justice) Parking space (easily can fit 8 cars tandem) Plenty of room (6 bedrooms, two full living rooms) so everyone can have their personal space Furnishing is top notch. Plenty of seating in the dining and living areas, we sat 10 comfortably. Laundry in the building great for larger parties, I can see this being especially useful for families Outdoor shower is great for coming back to the beach (which is only 15/20 minutes away on foot) Cons The listing says queen beds, but they might be closer to full sized. Didn't matter for us, but FYI. 2 bathrooms in the morning can be a bit hectic (however, never ran into hot water issues).
