This lakeside home is perfect for your next getaway! Situated on open water, there's plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Enjoy spacious rooms, relaxing outdoor decks, and all the comforts of home AT THE LAKE!
With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, you and your guests can spread out or come together. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. Bath and bed linens are also provided. Large charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.
Plenty of parking for guests, boat trailers, jet ski trailers, etc. Neighborhood boat ramp for easy watercraft put-in. Boat lift available for guest use (must be approved in advance of reservation).
We welcome pets, but please be sure you check the "Travelling with pets" option when making your reservation, as there is an add'l nightly fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put away clean dishes
Place trash receptacles across the street for pick up before you checkout or Sunday night if your stay includes Monday.
If your stay included pets, please pick up and dispose of pet waste.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lake LBJ is one of the most peaceful Texas lakes. With constant water levels and a choice of every water activity, it's the perfect place to spend the day or weekend. Also centrally located in the Texas Hill Country for short day trips all around the area...Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock, Lonestar Caverns, Marble Falls, and the list goes on!
