City Farm Cottage

This very cute, NON-SMOKING, 780 sq ft cottage is very spacious! The bedroom can accommodate 3 adults comfortably. There are two couches (NOT pull-outs), as well as a pack n play. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi, streaming tv and full kitchen. Make your stay extra convenient by taking advantage of our property manager who doubles as a personal chef. Inquire about our pre-made meals for extra convenience!

The house was very conveniently located for all of our activities while vacationing in Phoenix. I really appreciated the convenience of having a washer /dryer in the unit as this allowed us to pack less. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is alongside a major road, but the setting is very quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend the City Farm Cottage for your stay. It is very comfortable, has literally everything you might require for a one day or two week stay. Great location for our needs, conveniently located for exploring all areas of the Valley, easy access to major highways, yet very quiet. We especially enjoyed the tortoises, wish we could have smuggled one home in our luggage .First rate accommodations!!

Great location!

This was the perfect location to get to spring training games, ASU, and various hikes. Home was clean and offered everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

The property was better than expected. A lot of Phoenix motels I read about had sketchy neighborhoods and homeless folks wandering around, but this was a nice neighborhood. The owner was wonderful.

Great spot for young family

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage and the family was very nice. Our son enjoyed the chickens and tortoises every morning and hanging with the kids in the evening. Tajsha was a great host and had several suggestions to get that local experience. All in all we would stay here again if back in the area.

The location of the property was extremely convenient. It’s easy to find, there’s always a place to park and close to the airport. The check in and check out process was seamless. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in for quite a while. The chickens and tortoises were a nice touch.
