Spectacular cottage on a quiet street in bonita springs 2 bedroom both queen size beds, 1/ 4 piece bath with newly renovated walking shower, air conditioned with fully equipped kitchen WIFI and smart large screen TVs one in livingroom and one in bedroom. Easy access with no steps, screened lanai for your enjoyment. Enjoy the tropical trees on the grounds. there's sitting areas in the back, for your convenience there's a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
parking is on the property, so you can load and unload very easily. We have beach chairs and umbrella so just pack your swimwear and enjoy!!

Everything we wanted within 20 minutes - PERFECT!

Centrally located for planned activities - collegiate softball, shopping, beaches and great places to eat. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. will be staying again.

There were some positives--good location, new appliances, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The not goods: Overall neglect, furniture, patio and outside not as pictured, It had once been beautifully landscaped, but years of neglect were evident. Owner gave incorrect access code so we were delayed in getting in. No juice glass3es, no table knives, only two washcloths. one coat hanger (and it was a kiddie size), unworkable lamps with no light bulbs (owner brought two), a mish-mash of dinnerware, cooking utensils dirty, rusty and unusable, no work area for computer, faulty (and too few) electrical outlets, old and tired microwave. We have photos to document how much it differed from the photos on the VRBO website. Televisions were non operative until the owner sent someone who got them partially operative. No local stations. No PBS. No instructions. An old and outdated information binder found in a stack of old magazines, but the owner said "Oh, I didn't know that was there. We don't use that any more." I shared most of these concerns with VRBO customer service, but got no response or resolution. Vrbo 123723899 [ ref:!00DC00PxQg.!5008b02XtJHK:ref ] Very disappointing.

Sad exterior and pictures deceiving in posting

Interior clean but beyond that the exterior was a shambles, the garden and grounds in the picture must have been years old. Only stayed one night of the 4 we bought. moved to a hotel. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Overall place needs TLC . Needs new furniture. TV in bedroom have no cable/service. Needs better security feature on door. Only 1 dead bolt to each door and front door dead bolt was loose. Outside courtyard and patio was not as presented on the site. Was standing in 2inch water in the shower. Need new mattresses. 1st unpleasant experience in many years I have been using VRBO. The place has lots of potential but needs TLC
