This is a 5 Bedroom / 2 Bath House, located Ocean Front in the beautiful beach of La Boquita on the Pacific Ocean.

It has an opened floor plan which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and family room.

Hot water in the bathrooms.

A/C's in 3 of the bedrooms.

Standing and ceiling fans available for most bedrooms.

Plenty of hammocks and rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing views from the outdoor terraces and Rancho. The Rancho has an outdoor grill and island.

The House has it's own beach access, where you can go for a nice swim into the pacific ocean waters, go surfing or boogie boarding, go exploring and shelling for miles, while enjoying the tide pools and tide waterfalls from the rock formation along the beach.

It's also walking distance to nearby scenic hiking trails, natural rivers, fishing, horseback riding, ATV rental. Please note horseback riding and ATV rental are only available on weekends.

Beautiful place to enjoy with friends or family.

This rental property is comfortable and spacious. It has plenty of sitting area for a big family. It has an open and inviting kitchen to prep and cook your own meals. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful, peaceful and all around perfect.

This house is very well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation in a small village. We did a lot of cooking at home and had everything we needed to cook, eat and drink! We cooked on the outdoor grill - an amazing set up! The water system is incredibly convenient so you can easily make ice and drink as much water as you need. The rooms were spacious and airy, with a breeze almost every night we didn't even use the air conditioning very often. There is enough space for people to come together (we were 4 adults and two teenagers) and space for people to sit quietly apart. There were games in a drawer for you to use, which we did - thank you! and books in case you run out. There is a large flat screen tv as well but we didn't use it as the view off the porches was captivating and well, we don't watch tv. This is definitely the land of beautiful sunsets, every day was different and spectacular. The town is small - with a restaurant up the street called Roches del Mar that served pizza, burritos, chicken and fish (open Friday - Sunday) and a handful of palapa restaurants on the beach that pretty much serve variations of the same thing (fish, chicken, fajitas) If you want to eat dinner on the beach, I'd recommend talking to the restaurant during the day and they'll stay open for you. If not, you may find them all closed up by 6 pm. There's a corner store right in the centre of town and a little fruit/food stand so you can buy the basics - rice, beans, milk, toilet paper, pineapple, tomatoes, bananas, eggs etc.... The bar next to the corner store has rum and beer. Ilka was an amazing host, with a super fast response rate. She helped us organize a driver from the airport and gave info about whatever we needed to know. The caretaker family was lovely, helpful and so friendly. I think they were a bit worried when we ventured off on a bus to Diriamba to have a walk around the market and do some shopping, but we made it back by the evening:) It's pretty straightforward and the bus ride was a cultural experience all on its own. Gorgeous house, relaxing town, beautiful beach. We wish we were still there.

"Maravilla" La Boquita

This property is beautiful!! The views are gorgeous, you are right on the beach. If you just want to lay back and relax this is the place for you. There are little restaurants on the beach you can walk to. And for the adventure seekers you have surfing, waterfalls, and many different activies near by I highly recommended this place.

I was born in Nicaragua, but moved to the U.S.A. at a very young age. I currently live in the U.S.A with my husband and family, but travel to Nicaragua very frequently. La Boquita is where my heart is.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family since the 1940's, when my great-grandfather built it from scratch. I took over the property in 2015. My favorite childhood memories were created in La Boquita, and it's been my favorite place to spend my time at whenever possible.

What makes this property unique

This property is located in the remote fishing town of La Boquita. It sits on top of a cliff overlooking the pacific ocean. The breathtaking views are amazing. It has it's own private path to the beach....the beach is your backyard. It's a very tranquil place where you can relax and truly enjoy every minute of your stay.
