The hot tub and/or pool may be temporarily unavailable due to health or safety requirements set by the HOA, which are outside of our control. During the winter months, higher usage may require additional maintenance or water refills. Please note that we are unable to offer financial compensation if the hot tub or pool is unavailable during your stay.
