About this property

Summary:
This secluded Ocean front home in peaceful Bodden Town, hidden from the main road for extra privacy, is perfect for a family vacation or group getaway!

The house consists of three bedrooms, all with patio access, master with en-suite, family bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, two further bedrooms with 2 queens per room, and laundry room. The huge screened patio, which serves as an extension of the living area has deck and beach access, has alfresco dining for the whole family!

The Space:
This property is one of few left on island to have a Caymanian Heritage House on the grounds, look out for it when you drive in. This little heritage house survived the hurricane of 2004!

Guest Access:
Upon your arrival, you will discover a welcome book containing all the essential information you need, including WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and emergency contacts. Lock Box on Property

The Neighborhood:
Located in Bodden Town, historic capital of the Cayman Islands. This is the perfect destination for those who are looking to get away from it all and enjoy the quieter side of the island.

Getting Around:
With minimal public transportation on this quiet side of the island it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
The house can sleep up to 12 people. Parties of of more than 8 people will incur extra charges per person per night.
The beach can experience seaweed being washed up. We do our best to keep in clear, but please be aware that depending on the weather, you may see some!

Spring Break

Great location, very private and easy to visit both West end and East End! We did experience electrical problems in Master Bedroom, thus no lamps or TV! The beach in front was not raked as promised so it was very difficult accessing the water! The access to the water is rocky and slippery! Smith’s Beach is close and perfect for snorkeling! The open, screened porch, sandy front yard and beautiful views are perfect! The house was well stocked!
