In the heart of North Bondi's shops & cafes, and a stones throw from the beach. This 2 bedroom, fully renovated, designer apartment, has 2 queen beds, with 2 separate bathrooms & living areas.

Downstairs has a large open plan living/dining area, while upstairs has a separate living area/balcony with unbeatable water views.

Upstairs also has a separate pull out sofa if required.

The apartment has recently been fully renovated, with a modern, stylish design.

Downstairs consists of a large open plan living/dining area, with main bedroom that has a queen bed, there is a large bathroom with corner spa.

Upstairs consists of a queen bedroom, with separate living, balcony & ensuite.

★ Kitchen is fitted out with modern smeg appliances and has everything you need; toaster, nespresso machine, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
★ Dining table
★ 2 Flat screen TV's in both living areas with Netflix and kids channels.
★ Free unlimited wifi
★ Air conditioned upstairs and downstairs has ceiling fans

You'll be sent check in details prior to your arrival with everything you need to know about the apartment and how to get the keys.

The house is strictly non smoking.

There is no dedicated parking, however there is free untimed parking on the street.

As it's an apartment block please be mindful of not making too much noise coming and going. And loud talking or music after 10pm is not permitted.

Bondi Beach Getaway to tour in Sydney

It is a nice property in a great area. It is not ADA friendly due to stairs and combo tub and shower. It has easy access to public transportation and there are nearby shopping stores and restaurants. the property mamager was great.

North Bondi at your feet

Unit was located in the heart of North Bondi and easy to get around. Buses right at your door if you want to go into town or further North. If you are looking for a place that has easy access to all, this is it. Beds were comfy as well. Acoustics a little loud so if you are a light sleeper might be an idea to bring earplugs. The water view from the balcony upstairs is there, but you need to stand to see it. All in all great place to get around Bondi and all amenities in Unit are there for you to use. Dean was easy to get in contact with and really accomodating as well.

Great location and fabulous apartment

Apartment is in a great location in Nth Bondi with cafes and shops all close by. Could easily accomodate 2 couples or a family. Parking can be tough so best to travel by foot around the neighbourhood

Great apartment, location perfect, so much space for the 4 of us. Everything we needed for a family get together! Very cool furnishings with all the extras. If you like reading, what a collection, loved it. Can’t wait to come back
