The space

The apartment has a lawn yard, a small garden and a private parking space. It is inside a condominium that has an adult and children's pool (needs medical certificate up to one year), party room and barbecue that need to be booked in advance and at an additional cost. It also has a sports court, two playgrounds and a central mall with game tables and lots of free-flying birds. Not to mention all security. Still not satisfied? Adjacent to the condominium is the headquarters of Cunhambebe State Park with an intense program and activities such as guided trails, lectures, workshops, artistic presentations, environmental cinema session, handicrafts exhibition, agro-ecological fair, in addition to planting and donating seedlings. Admission is free.
There are three guided trails: the Sahy Valley Water Circuit, the Curumim Trail, a path accessible to people with limited mobility, and the Ruin Trail. See the park's activity schedule and schedule it through the park's own website.

Guest Access

Guests here can access all rooms of the house and all common area of the condominium. But don't forget to bring the medical certificate if you want to enjoy your pools.

Interaction with guests

Whenever possible, I will be at a nearby location for any help and / or tips. When it is not possible the face-to-face contact will always be by phone. Beyond; clear; the porters and janitors who will always be ready to help.

The house has two bedrooms, two double beds, a sofa, a four-seater dining table, refrigerator, wardrobe, an outdoor table with gazebo and four more, satellite TV, DVD player, a small stereo, plates, glasses and some pots and pans.
