Beautiful and comfortable house with garden, garage for 3 cars, 3 bedrooms and 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, appliances, kitchen utensils), beach shower, barbecue and fruit trees.
The condominium also has adult and child swimming pools, soccer field and barbecue. Condominium with security.
House is 100 meters from the beach.

Passamos dias maravilhosos, a estadia foi excelente, o quintal da casa tem uma área de lazer excelente, recomendo demais. Muito localizada e na frente fica uma das melhores áreas de São José e Peroba.

Sônia e Vital são excelentes anfritiões. Tudo perfeito, desde a recepção ( feita por eles) até a nossa saída. Sempre disponíveis para nos atender, respostas rápidas e precisas. Tudo muito bom

Quando chegamos na casa, tudo estava bem organizado, limpo e foi disponibilizado todo o necessário para os dias iríamos ficar hospedados. Além disso, tivemos um ótimo atendimento pelos donos, sempre dispostos a sanar todas as dúvidas que viessem a surgir. A casa bem ampla, espaçosa, não deixou a desejar em nenhum aspecto. Um Natal maravilhoso!!!

A casa de Sonia é ótima e o condomínio tb é muito bom. A cozinha é bem equipada, com muitos pratos, copos e talheres; panelas de variados tamanhos; e vasilhas plásticas diversas. A área de lazer da casa é maravilhosa, com muitas redes, espaçosa e agradável. O quintal, com muitas árvores, nos possibilitou colher caju, limão, manga e jambo. O único problema da casa é a falta de ventilação, deixando-a um pouco quente, mas nada que não possa ser minimizado com o uso dos 4 ventiladores disponibilizados pela anfitriã. Desde o início Sonia mostrou-se bastante solícita, tirando todas as nossas dúvidas. Passamos uma semana na casa e tivemos uma ótima estadia.
