THE HOUSE

From the moment you enter, the Grand Parlour sets the tone - one of the city's largest private historic rooms, featuring original period details, a pool table, and generous lounge seating.

The scale of the house allows large groups to move through it comfortably, with three living rooms, formal dining space, and two full kitchens providing flexibility throughout your stay.

The Library Suite on the second floor - complete with wet bar and 70" 4K TV - serves as a natural gathering point for the group, while the roof deck offers panoramic city views ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply taking in the Philadelphia skyline.

EIGHT BEDROOMS, COMPLETE PRIVACY

Eight bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests, making the residence ideal for family gatherings, wedding weekends, corporate retreats, university reunions, and holiday celebrations.

The home includes five full bathrooms and one powder room. The Master and Library suites each feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining suites share bathrooms between rooms.
