You will feel right at home in this bright, airy, and spacious home sitting directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and just 2 blocks from the award winning beach! Come escape to our newly furnished Tropical Paradise where you will find all the amenities you could dream of for a perfect getaway. This property is walking distance to all the activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
You will be amazed at the views from the moment you walk through the door!
The first floor is a large bonus room where you will find a fun 4 person air hockey game, oversized scrabble board, dart board, sofa, and 65" TV. Outside on the patio you can kick back and relax on the comfy outdoor sofa while watching the boats or searching for dolphins. You also have access to boating docks. In the private two car garage you will find beach chairs, beach toys, giant jenga, bocce ball and kid scooters.
The second floor boasts a spacious chefs kitchen and dining area, along with another living space, full laundry room, and bathroom. The balcony off the living area has a large dining table so you can enjoy your meals and drinks outside.
The 3rd floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. One guest bedroom has two plush queen beds and the other bedroom has one plush queen bed. The master has a king sized Tempur-pedic mattress, large in suite bathroom with rain shower, and a large furnished balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun.
The entire house is newly furnished in warm tones from Restoration Hardware.
The luxurious resort style complex includes access to a beautiful waterfront pool with hot tub and grills, private docks, security guards, and a built in alarm system.

Our townhouse is on a quiet private street but within walking distance of all the action. Just blocks from the pristine beach, restaurants, resorts, and shops. Pier 60 is just about 3 blocks, where you can enjoy kids playground and Pavilion, free outdoor family movie theatre, evening street entertainers, and a fishing pier that extends 1080 feet into the gulf.
Besides being in the perfect location, our home is new and sparkling clean. We are eager to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. Being local to the area means we are available to you at all times.
