For rent for the season: The Paradisiac "Casa 4 Coqueiros" in wide area with beautiful panoramic view, Swimming pool with deck, whirlpool, shower, balcony in the outdoor area with covered barbecue, comfortably accommodating 12 guests, facing Rio de Contas, located in a residential neighborhood, within the city and close to the city center. This is one of the best options to stay in the area. Distance to City Center 1,5km. Distance to Praia da Concha by car 4 minutes. Tiririca beach 7 minutes. The location is privileged: The banks of the Rio de Contas, bathed by waters of the sea and near the mouth of the river, one of the main Tourist Points of Itacaré. The river in its constant tides allows: swimming, stand up paddle, kayaking, fishing etc. The Sunset is a special differential of beauty. Residential district 5 minutes drive from the center and 10 minutes walk with total comfort, privacy and tranquility. Panoramic view allowing a special ecological notion and lush landscape.

Ground floor: Large living room with TV 47 ', Sky Cable TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with magnificent view and hammocks, barbecue, full bathroom and equipped kitchen.
